Overview

AI-generated overview

A1 Lane is a hosted social publishing service whose MCP server lets an assistant draft, schedule and publish posts and videos across many platforms, with…

What you can do
  • Draft, schedule and publish posts and videos to connected social accounts from one queue
  • Check which social accounts are connected and what needs attention
  • Fetch delivery receipts showing the platform read-back and live link for each post
  • Review post performance for a period
  • Work within token scopes: read, read write, or read write publish
When to use it
Useful when you want an assistant to prepare and queue social content across several platforms, confirm whether scheduled posts actually went live, or report on recent post performance, without switching between platform dashboards.
Requirements
A remote Streamable HTTP endpoint at a1lane.ai/mcp/v1; no local package. OAuth 2.0 sign-in and approval at a1lane.ai on first connect (a pasted workspace token is also accepted for developer setups). A1 Lane account with social accounts connected. Network access to the endpoint.
Before you install
Publishing, deleting a live post and force-retrying a delivery are public or destructive actions; the server marks them so the client asks for confirmation, but review before approving. Tokens are scoped per workspace, so grant only the scope needed. Posts and account data go to A1 Lane and the connected platforms.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open A1 Lane in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/ai.a1lane%2Fa1lane/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

README

A1 Lane — MCP Server

One queue for every social platform, operable by your AI assistant.

A1 Lane is a hosted publishing service: connect your social accounts once, then schedule and publish posts and videos to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Discord and Telegram from a single queue. This repository is the public home of A1 Lane's MCP server — the connector that lets assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Grok work with your A1 Lane account directly.

Every post A1 Lane sends is proven, not assumed: a post is marked live only after A1 Lane reads it back from the platform itself. Each delivery carries a receipt — the platform read-back and the live link — which your assistant can fetch and show you.

  • Endpoint: https://a1lane.ai/mcp/v1 (Streamable HTTP)
  • Auth: OAuth 2.0 — on first connect you sign in at a1lane.ai and approve access. No API key to copy. (A pasted workspace token also works for developer setups.)
  • Tool contract: v1.7 — 26 tools, listed in TOOLS.md and in server.json (the official MCP Registry record).
  • Product: https://a1lane.ai · MCP page: https://a1lane.ai/mcp · Docs: https://a1lane.ai/docs/mcp

Connect it

Claude — Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → https://a1lane.ai/mcp/v1, then approve in the browser.

ChatGPT — Settings → Connectors → add the same URL and approve. (Domain verification is served by A1 Lane.)

Cursor — one-click: use the "Add to Cursor" deep link on https://a1lane.ai/mcp, or add the URL as a remote MCP server in ~/.cursor/mcp.json:

json
{ "mcpServers": { "a1lane": { "url": "https://a1lane.ai/mcp/v1" } } }

Grok — grok.com/connectors → New Connector → Custom → the same URL.

Any MCP client — point it at the endpoint; OAuth discovery is automatic (/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource). Tokens are scoped per workspace: read sees 14 tools, read write sees 21, read write publish sees all 26.

Try asking your assistant

  • "What accounts do I have connected in A1 Lane?"
  • "Draft a post for my Bluesky and Mastodon accounts: …"
  • "Schedule that for tomorrow at 9am."
  • "Did yesterday's posts actually go live? Show me the receipts."
  • "What needs my attention in A1 Lane?"
  • "How did my posts do this week?"

Draft-first by design: assistants create drafts, and anything destructive or public (publishing, deleting a live post, force-retrying a delivery) is annotated so your client asks you to confirm first.
