Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP server that scans a public website for AI-agent and AI-search readiness across 35 checks and explains each check.

What you can do
  • Scan a public website and get a pass/missing report on agent readiness and AI search, covering robots.txt and AI crawler rules, sitemap, Link headers, DNS-AID and markdown support
  • Explain any single check in depth: what it is, why it matters, how the scanner tests it, what counts as a pass, and the official sources
  • List every available check when called without a check ID
When to use it
Useful when you want to know whether a site is discoverable and usable by AI agents and AI search engines, or when you need to understand a specific readiness check before fixing it.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no authentication, environment variables or headers are declared. The target site must be publicly reachable.
Before you install
The scanner fetches the target website from a third-party service, so the URL you submit is sent to that provider. Results are advisory and reflect the provider's own check definitions.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Agent Ready Report in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/ai.agenticplug%2Fagent-ready-report/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Scan a website for agent readiness

Scan a public website and report how ready it is for AI agents and AI search: which checks pass, which are missing, and what each check is, in plain English and technically. Covers 35 checks in three groups: agent readiness (robots.txt and AI crawler rules, sitemap, Link headers, DNS-AID, markdown for agents, Content Signals, API catalog, OAuth discovery, auth.md, MCP server card, A2A agent card, agent skills, WebMCP, ARD), agentic commerce (x402, MPP, UCP, ACP, AP2; scored only for sites that sell online), and AI search foundations (HTTPS, AI crawler access, indexability, content without JavaScript, heading structure, title and description, canonical URL, structured data, business identity markup, language, response time). Use when someone asks whether their website is ready for AI agents, AI search, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Muse or agentic commerce. A scan takes 5 to 30 seconds.

83% of the applicable checks met

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
