Create, edit, and schedule social media posts, carousels, videos, blogs, and emails.

Overview

AI-generated overview

Blaze is a hosted MCP server that lets an assistant create, edit, and schedule social media posts, carousels, videos, blogs, and emails in a Blaze workspace.

What you can do
  • Read workspaces, brand kit, content calendar, campaigns, media library, and connected accounts
  • Generate image, carousel, and short-video posts, then poll for previews and captions
  • Build and edit designs element by element: text, images, colors, fonts, shapes, logos, backgrounds
  • Write blog posts and email newsletters from Markdown and save them as drafts
  • Schedule, edit, publish, or delete posts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Google Business Profile
  • Get follower and impression digests and draft or send replies to Google and Facebook reviews
When to use it
Useful when you want an assistant to plan and produce branded social content, keep a posting calendar moving, or handle review replies without switching to the Blaze web app. It fits marketing and content workflows tied to a Blaze workspace.
Requirements
A remote Streamable HTTP endpoint at app.blaze.ai; nothing to install. Requires a Blaze account (new accounts start with a free trial) and OAuth 2.1 sign-in through a browser on first tool use. Publishing needs social accounts connected in Blaze.
Before you install
The server can publish posts, delete posts, and send public review replies to connected social accounts; the README says the assistant confirms before these actions, but review that behavior. It reads workspace brand assets and media and sends content to third-party social platforms. Access is granted to your workspaces at sign-in and can be revoked in Blaze.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Blaze in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/ai.blaze.app%2Fblaze/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

README

Blaze MCP server

Plan, create, and schedule social media content from your AI assistant with Blaze: single-image posts, carousels, short videos, blog posts, and email newsletters, made with your workspace's brand kit and scheduled to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and Google Business Profile.

Blaze is a hosted (remote) MCP server. There is nothing to install or run:

URLhttps://app.blaze.ai/mcp
TransportStreamable HTTP
AuthOAuth 2.1 with dynamic client registration. Your client opens a browser to sign in to Blaze on first use.
Registry nameai.blaze.app/blaze

[Add to Cursor] [Install in VS Code]

What it can do

  • Read your brand kit (voice, colors, logos, fonts), content calendar, campaigns, and media library.
  • Generate single-image posts, carousels, and short vertical videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts), or build a design from a layout you describe and edit it element by element.
  • Write blog posts and email newsletters from Markdown and save them as drafts, and plan multi-week campaigns.
  • Schedule posts with your own captions and media to Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Google Business Profile, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Get a daily or weekly digest of followers and impressions, and draft replies to Google and Facebook reviews.

New content is saved as a draft. The assistant confirms with you before it publishes a post, deletes one, or sends a public review reply.

Connect

Cursor

Click Add to Cursor above, or install the Blaze plugin from the Cursor Marketplace, which adds the server plus five skills (plan a week of posts, make a brand carousel, schedule posts, a daily digest, posts on fast-moving topics). To add it by hand, put this in ~/.cursor/mcp.json:

json
{  "mcpServers": {    "blaze": { "url": "https://app.blaze.ai/mcp" }  }}

VS Code (GitHub Copilot)

Click Install in VS Code above, or run MCP: Add Server → HTTP and enter https://app.blaze.ai/mcp. In .vscode/mcp.json:

json
{  "servers": {    "blaze": { "type": "http", "url": "https://app.blaze.ai/mcp" }  }}

Claude

Claude.ai and Claude Desktop: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, URL https://app.blaze.ai/mcp.

Claude Code:

bash
claude mcp add --transport http blaze https://app.blaze.ai/mcp

ChatGPT and Codex

bash
codex mcp add blaze --url https://app.blaze.ai/mcpcodex mcp login blaze

Cline

MCP Servers → Remote Servers, name blaze, URL https://app.blaze.ai/mcp, transport Streamable HTTP. Or in cline_mcp_settings.json:

json
{  "mcpServers": {    "blaze": { "type": "streamableHttp", "url": "https://app.blaze.ai/mcp" }  }}

Gemini CLI

bash
gemini extensions install https://github.com/almanaclabs/blaze-gemini-extension

Any other MCP client

Point it at https://app.blaze.ai/mcp (Streamable HTTP). Clients that support OAuth discover the sign-in from the server's 401 response. For clients that only speak stdio, use mcp-remote:

json
{  "mcpServers": {    "blaze": { "command": "npx", "args": ["-y", "mcp-remote", "https://app.blaze.ai/mcp"] }  }}

The first time you use a tool, sign in to Blaze in the browser window that opens and approve access to your workspaces. You can disconnect at any time from Blaze.

Try it

  • "Plan next week's posts for my brand and draft them in Blaze."
  • "Make a 5-slide carousel from my brand kit about our new product."
  • "Schedule these three images to Instagram and LinkedIn for Tuesday at 9am."
