Ask your AI about your Airbnb and VRBO listings, bookings, guest messages and reviews. Read-only.
Overview
Read-only MCP access to a BnBGenius account, letting an assistant answer questions about Airbnb and VRBO listings, bookings, guests, messages and reviews.
- What you can do
- List listings with details and occupancy
- Review reservations, revenue, occupancy and nightly-rate metrics
- Look up guests and top guests
- Search the guest message inbox, read conversations, unread counts and full message history
- Check pending host reviews and their status
- Inspect gap-night upsell offers, recovered revenue, extension connection status, and account credits and plan
- When to use it
- Useful for short-term rental hosts who already track their Airbnb and VRBO activity in BnBGenius and want to ask an AI plain-language questions such as which guests check in this week, how many messages need a reply, or which reviews are pending.
- Requirements
- A remote Streamable HTTP endpoint at the BnBGenius server URL; a BnBGenius account with the BnBGenius Chrome extension connected; OAuth 2.1 sign-in through Clerk with scopes user:org:read and offline_access; no environment variables or headers declared.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open BnBGenius MCP for Airbnb hosts in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/ai.bnbgenius%2Fmcp/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

BnBGenius MCP server
Connect your own AI (Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client) to your BnBGenius account and ask about your short-term rentals in plain language.
Server URL: https://my.bnbgenius.ai/mcp (Streamable HTTP)
BnBGenius is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Airbnb or VRBO.
What it does
Read-only access to your own BnBGenius data:
- Listings, listing details and occupancy
- Reservations, reservation details, revenue, occupancy and nightly-rate metrics
- Guests and top guests
- Guest message inbox: conversations, search, unread counts and full message history
- Pending host reviews and their status
- Gap-night upsell offers and recovered revenue
- Chrome extension connection status
- Account credits and plan
It cannot send messages, approve upsells, submit reviews or change settings. Each user only ever sees their own account's data.
Requirements
- A BnBGenius account with the BnBGenius Chrome extension connected (it keeps your Airbnb and VRBO data up to date).
Connect in Claude
- Open Settings → Connectors → Add → Add custom connector.
- Name:
BnBGenius. Server URL:https://my.bnbgenius.ai/mcp. - Click Add, then Connect, sign in with your BnBGenius login and choose your account.
Then ask things like "Which guests check in this week?", "How many messages need a reply?" or "Show my pending reviews".
Authentication
OAuth 2.1 through Clerk (https://clerk.bnbgenius.ai), with Client ID Metadata Documents. Scopes: user:org:read, offline_access.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
