Overview

AI-generated overview

Galatic.ai's hosted MCP server lets an assistant generate video, images, music and voice, and browse your Galatic.ai library, on your own plan's credits.

What you can do
  • Generate and extend video clips, multi-scene videos and music videos
  • Create images with the models available on your plan
  • Produce songs and lyrics, remix tracks, split stems, generate MIDI and beat-sync
  • Do text-to-speech and voice changing with your saved voice clones
  • Search and open your gallery, share items and check job status
  • Run Flow Studio flows, draft series episodes, and check credits, plan limits, model prices and billing
When to use it
Useful when you want to create or manage media — short videos, images, songs, voiceovers — directly from a chat assistant, or to look up your existing renders and remaining credits without opening the Galatic.ai app.
Requirements
A remote MCP endpoint over HTTPS (Streamable HTTP); nothing to install. Requires a Galatic.ai account signed in through OAuth (email or Google), and works on every plan including Free. Clients must support remote MCP with OAuth.
Before you install
Generations spend credits from your own Galatic.ai plan at app prices, and plan limits such as simultaneous jobs apply; Free plan outputs carry a watermark. Actions that spend credits, publish or delete are flagged so the assistant asks for confirmation first, but review before approving. Payments stay on galatic.ai and card details are not passed to the assistant.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Galatic.ai in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/ai.galatic%2Fgalatic/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

Galatic.ai MCP server

Use Galatic.ai from Claude, ChatGPT, Kiro and other MCP clients. Add the server to your assistant, sign in with your Galatic.ai account, and ask it to make images, video, music and voice for you.

This repository holds the public listing for the server: setup instructions and the server.json published to the official MCP Registry as ai.galatic/galatic. The server itself is hosted; there is nothing to install or run.

Connect

Claude (web, desktop and mobile)

  1. Open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector.
  2. Name it "Galatic.ai" and paste https://mcp.galatic.ai/mcp.
  3. Select Connect and sign in with your Galatic.ai account.

Claude Code

sh
claude mcp add --transport http galatic https://mcp.galatic.ai/mcp

Then run /mcp in Claude Code and sign in.

ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced and turn on Developer mode (paid ChatGPT plans).
  2. Select Create, name it "Galatic.ai", paste https://mcp.galatic.ai/mcp and choose OAuth.
  3. Sign in with your Galatic.ai account, then turn the connector on in a chat.

Kiro

Add the server to .kiro/settings/mcp.json in your project, or ~/.kiro/settings/mcp.json for every project, then sign in from the MCP panel.

Any other MCP client

Point it at https://mcp.galatic.ai/mcp. The server publishes its sign-in details at https://mcp.galatic.ai/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource, so clients that support remote MCP with OAuth find the sign-in page on their own.

What it can do

  • Video: generate clips, extend a video, build multi-scene videos and music videos
  • Images: generate images with the models on your plan
  • Music and audio: make songs and lyrics, remix a track, split stems, generate MIDI, beat-sync
  • Voice: text-to-speech and voice changing, with your saved voice clones
  • Your library: search and open your gallery, share items, check job status
  • Flows and series: run your Flow Studio flows, draft and generate series episodes
  • Account: check credits, plan limits, model prices and billing

Try asking:

  • "Make a 10-second vertical video of a neon city at night for TikTok."
  • "Write lyrics about late-night drives and turn them into a song."
  • "Find my renders from last week and show me the three newest."
  • "How many credits do I have left, and what does a Veo 3.1 clip cost?"

Safety and billing

  • Your assistant sees and does only what your account can. Nobody else's library or credits are reachable.
  • Generations use your plan's credits at the same prices as the app. Your plan's limits apply, including simultaneous jobs, and Free plan outputs carry a watermark.
  • Anything that spends credits, publishes or deletes is marked so your assistant asks you to confirm first.
  • Payments stay on galatic.ai. No card details ever pass through an assistant.
  • To disconnect, remove the connector in your assistant's settings.

FAQ

Does it cost extra? No. It's included on every plan, and each generation costs the same credits as in the app. See pricing.

Can my own code call it without a person signing in? Not yet. API clients for scripts and integrations are coming to the Agency plan.

Something isn't working? Ask your assistant to create a support ticket, or contact us.
