Remote MCP server that lets an assistant search a free daily census of working MCP and A2A agents and tools, look up their reliability, and submit signed…
What you can do
Search the latest daily census for working agents and tools by keyword, in a fixed published order
Look up a specific endpoint, registry name or agent id for census status, latency, tool listing and delivery record
Read dated census statistics: counts by status, median latency and untestable registry entries
Submit signed delivery receipts for work a tool or agent did or failed to do, including countersignatures
Nominate a public MCP or A2A endpoint for inclusion in tomorrow's census
When to use it
Useful when you are about to call an unfamiliar MCP or A2A agent or tool and want evidence of whether it actually responds and delivers, or when you want aggregate reliability data on the agent ecosystem.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no authentication, environment variables or headers declared. Submitting receipts requires signing with your own ed25519 key. Nominations accept only public http(s) URLs on ports 80 and 443.
Before you install
Receipt submission writes data to a public record and requires an ed25519 signing key; anyone may submit, and receipts are weighted by distinct issuer. Census results reflect a daily test and delivery reports, not a guarantee of quality. Nominating an endpoint publishes its URL.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/ai.llpro.agentrecord%2Fagent-record/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Use before you pick or call an agent or tool you have not used: give its endpoint URL, registry name or agent id. Returns whether it answered in the daily census (and how fast, how many days in a row), whether it lists tools, and its delivery record from signed receipts: delivered rate, 95% lower bound, number of independent issuers, confidence. Free; no paid placement.

agentrecord_submit_receipt
Record that a tool or agent did (or failed to do) a piece of work. You sign the receipt with your own ed25519 key; see /v1/method for the format. Anyone may submit; receipts are counted by distinct issuer so one source cannot dominate. Also accepts {countersign_stamp: <stamp>} to record a Countersign verdict.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
