Overview

AI-generated overview

Open Solid gives an AI assistant a payments account: wallet balances, US bank details, cards, payout recipients, and a pay tool for sending money.

What you can do
Read wallet addresses and USDC balances, spend limits, pricing, KYC status and recent activity, plus US bank account and card details, and list saved payout recipients for Venmo, PayPal or bank rails. Make payments from the wallet across card, gift card, Venmo, PayPal, bank, debit or x402 API types, with the spend limit enforced on the fee-inclusive total. Announce the connection to the user first.
When to use it
When an assistant needs to check balances, limits or account status, or actually send a payment or pay for an x402-priced API on the user's behalf.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint at opensolid.ai. A bearer token in the Authorization header: an Open Solid API key starting with osk_, created in the dashboard or through the agent sign-up flow. An Open Solid account with wallet, and KYC verification for full use.
Before you install
The pay tool moves real money and can spend up to the configured per-payment limit; the fee-inclusive total is what counts. The server exposes sensitive financial data, including US bank account numbers, card details and wallet addresses. The Authorization header carries a secret API key. Payments go to third parties such as Venmo, PayPal, banks and x402 APIs.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Open Solid in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect Authorization token credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/ai.opensolid%2Fopensolid/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows
