Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP server that scores overdue accounts and builds a daily collections work-queue ranked by expected recovery uplift from contact.

What you can do
  • Score accounts for propensity to pay, self-cure and expected recovery
  • Rank a daily work-list by expected recovery uplift from contact and flag accounts likely to self-cure
  • Recommend channel, timing and tone within fair-collection hours and caps
  • Forecast bucket-to-bucket roll and cure rates for provisioning
  • Allocate accounts to agents by skill and success history, and explain why an account was prioritised
When to use it
Useful for collections teams at banks, lenders, BNPL, telecom or utility providers that want an assistant to turn an overdue book into a prioritised, compliant contact plan and agent allocation.
Requirements
A remote Streamable HTTP endpoint; nothing to install. OAuth 2.1 sign-in with PKCE and dynamic client registration, so the client opens a sign-in page on first use. No environment variables or headers declared.
Before you install
Requires OAuth sign-in to the provider's service. The server handles overdue-account and customer data, and the assistant can produce contact strategies and agent assignments, so review outputs before acting on them. Data is sent to the provider's remote endpoint.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Collections Optimizer in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/ai.saifs%2Fcollections-optimizer/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

README

Collections Optimizer

A daily collections work-queue for banks, NBFCs, MFIs, BNPL, telecom and utilities. Scores propensity-to-pay and self-cure, ranks accounts by expected recovery uplift from contact (the moveable middle, not oldest or biggest first), recommends channel / timing / tone, and assigns work to agents. Contact-hour and frequency caps are hard constraints.

Install

VS Code / GitHub Copilot

Add to .vscode/mcp.json (workspace) or your user mcp.json:

json
{  "servers": {    "saifs-collections-optimizer": {      "type": "http",      "url": "https://collections-optimizer-mcp.saifs.ai/mcp"    }  }}

Then start the server from the MCP view and sign in when prompted.

Claude (claude.ai, Desktop)

Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, and paste:

Claude Code

bash
claude mcp add --transport http saifs-collections-optimizer https://collections-optimizer-mcp.saifs.ai/mcp

Any other MCP client

Point it at https://collections-optimizer-mcp.saifs.ai/mcp using the Streamable HTTP transport. The server returns 401 with a WWW-Authenticate: Bearer … resource_metadata=… challenge, so OAuth-aware clients sign in automatically.
