- When to use it
- Useful for delivery fleets, field-service teams and sales territories where an assistant should turn a stop list, fleet and constraints into concrete routes, assignments and load plans, or re-plan when new orders land during the day.
- Requirements
- A remote Streamable HTTP endpoint; nothing to install. OAuth 2.1 sign-in with PKCE and dynamic client registration is required, so the client opens a sign-in page on first use. No environment variables or headers are declared.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Route & Logistics Optimizer in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Route & Logistics Optimizer
Daily routing for delivery fleets, field-service teams and sales territories: who goes where, in what order, in which vehicle. Solves VRP / TSP with time windows and capacities, assigns jobs with the Hungarian method, packs loads, and re-optimises when new orders land midday.
Install
VS Code / GitHub Copilot
Add to .vscode/mcp.json (workspace) or your user mcp.json:
Then start the server from the MCP view and sign in when prompted.

Point it at https://route-optimizer-mcp.saifs.ai/mcp using the Streamable HTTP transport. The server returns 401 with a
WWW-Authenticate: Bearer … resource_metadata=… challenge, so OAuth-aware clients sign in automatically.
