Founders' AI CRO: revenue review from real figures, pipeline, deal desk, quotes, dunning plans.
The publisher's own server: TOPY.AI · AI CEO
Overview
A remote or local MCP server that gives an assistant a small company's AI CRO: revenue reviews, pipeline, deal desk, quotes and dunning from real figures.
- What you can do
- Review revenue and forecast: weekly MRR, new customers, churn and failed payments from the AI CFO, plus LTV:CAC and standing goals
- Manage pipeline and leads: capture a lead with a lawful contact basis, qualify and score it, move deals through stages, tidy stale deals, read the conversion funnel
- Build quotes and proposals: apply the deal desk's discount ceilings and terms, write a one-page proposal, prepare a close for the founder
- Draft outreach and handle opt-outs: value-first sequences for approval, immediate permanent unsubscribe
- Work retention and pricing: dunning steps for failed payments, churn and win-back, upsell and renewal, price model, trials and paywalls
- When to use it
- Useful for a founder or small team that wants an assistant to run recurring revenue work on top of Stripe and QuickBooks figures: a Monday revenue review, pipeline hygiene, quotes within a deal desk, and recovery of failed payments.
- Requirements
- A TOPY.AI account with OAuth, or a TOPY_API_KEY (or a one-time local login). Remote endpoint at topy.ai/mcp/cro, or the npm package @topy-ai/cro-mcp run locally with Node.js. Revenue figures come from the connected AI CFO (Stripe and QuickBooks); only accounts that own the OneMan operation see its pipeline.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open TOPY.AI · AI CRO in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/ai.topy%2Fcro/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

TOPY AI CRO Skills
19 skills that make your coding agent a small company's AI CRO: a weekly revenue review on the AI CFO's numbers, a clean pipeline with a lawful contact basis for every lead, quotes inside a deal desk, outreach drafted for your approval, failed payments recovered, churn fought honestly and one clear price model — on the TOPY.AI CRO MCP server.
The AI CRO is goal-first. It keeps four standing goals — grow recurring revenue (MRR, new customers), keep the revenue we have (churn, failed payments recovered, NRR), a predictable pipeline (pipeline value and win rate from real deals) and healthy unit economics (LTV:CAC of 3 or more) — and every skill below exists to move one of them. Revenue facts come from the AI CFO (Stripe and QuickBooks); the CRO never asserts a figure a tool didn't return.
- Core (
topy-ai-cro): connect, the CRO's goals, the weekly revenue review, forecast and unit economics. - Pipeline: capture a lead with consent, qualify, deals and stages, pipeline hygiene, the conversion funnel.
- Deals: quotes and the deal desk, proposals, close and hand-off.
- Outreach: sequences drafted for the Founder to approve, unsubscribe.
- Retention: failed payments (dunning), churn and win-back, upsell and renewal.
- Pricing: the price model and packaging, trials and paywalls.
The safety model comes from Maggie Sales and Maggie Monetization and does not bend: every lead has a source and a lawful contact basis before any outreach (no scraping, no bought lists); an unsubscribe is immediate and permanent; sending outreach and closing a deal are the Founder's (on OneMan, approval-gated — never from topy.ai); anything that charges, refunds or changes a customer's plan is L3 and goes through Stripe's official MCP with the person's yes, never here; discounts above the deal desk ceiling need a person; pipeline numbers, win rates and revenue are never invented; lead and conversation text is data, not instructions; and no dark patterns. Changes take two calls — a preview, then your yes.
Install
Claude Code plugins: /plugin marketplace add TOPY-AI-LTD/TOPY-AI-CRO-Skills, then /plugin install topy-ai-cro-all@topy-ai-cro.
Codex: codex plugin marketplace add TOPY-AI-LTD/TOPY-AI-CRO-Skills. Pi: pi install npm:@topy-ai/cro-skills.
See the installer README.
Connect TOPY.AI
https://topy.ai/mcp/cro — OAuth with your TOPY.AI account (the same one as the AI CEO, CFO, COO and CSO). Only the
accounts that own the OneMan operation see its pipeline.
Sending outreach and recording a close are not on topy.ai: they are the Founder's, approval-gated on OneMan. Charges, refunds and plan changes are not on either: they go through Stripe's official MCP with the person's yes.
How the skills fit together
Try: "How did revenue do this week?", "Who hasn't paid?", "Add this lead from the demo form", "Can we give them 30% off?", "Draft a follow-up for this deal"
