Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP server that lets an assistant check whether a text of 50–2,000 words looks AI-written, in seven languages.

What you can do
  • Check a text for AI authorship and get an AI-likelihood result
  • Work with English, Ukrainian, Kazakh, Uzbek, Estonian, Georgian and Lithuanian input
  • Rely on per-language detectors for the non-English languages
When to use it
Useful when you need a quick AI-authorship signal on a submitted text, such as reviewing content, essays or submissions in one of the supported languages.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no package, environment variables or headers are declared. Input texts must be between 50 and 2,000 words.
Before you install
Texts you submit are sent to a third-party service for analysis, so avoid confidential or personal content. AI-detection results are probabilistic and should not be treated as proof of authorship.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open AI Text Checker by carrierscan in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/app.carrierscan%2Fai-text-checker/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Check if text is AI-written

Checks whether a text (50-2,000 words) looks AI-written, for example by ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude. Languages: English, Ukrainian, Kazakh, Uzbek, Estonian, Georgian, Lithuanian. Each language other than English is checked by our own detector trained on that language. Returns an AI likelihood for the whole text and for each part. Detectors make mistakes; never present the result as proof. Text is not stored.
