Overview

AI-generated overview

A remote MCP server for Elasticflow, an AI-native team workspace, letting an assistant manage tables, documents, files and published dashboards.

What you can do
List, create and update workspaces and their settings, and browse tables with their columns and types, including creating, renaming and deleting tables and columns, querying rows with filters, adding, editing and deleting records, and linking or unlinking related rows across tables. Browse, read, search, create and edit documents, patch sections, append content, and insert, list, replace or remove embedded images and files. List uploaded files, read their metadata and contents, and upload new files. Create and update dashboard or portal projects, discover their data sources, check build status and logs, configure viewer access, build, publish and roll back versions.
When to use it
Useful when a team already works in Elasticflow and wants an assistant to build and query structured trackers, draft and update shared documents, manage files, or publish live dashboards and client portals from the same workspace.
Requirements
A remote Streamable HTTP endpoint; no local runtime or API keys. An Elasticflow account is required, and the first connection opens a browser for OAuth 2.1 with PKCE sign-in. Scopes cover read and write access to workspaces, tables, documents, files and interfaces. Smaller data, content and platform endpoints are available if the client has a tool limit.
Before you install
The granted scopes include write access, so the assistant can create, modify and delete tables, columns, rows, documents, files and dashboard projects, and can publish or roll back live interfaces visible to clients or the team. Deleting tables, columns and rows removes team data. Everything the assistant produces is shared across the organization, and uploaded files and document content are sent to the Elasticflow service.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Elasticflow in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/app.elasticflow%2Fmcp/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

README

Elasticflow MCP Server

[MCP] [AI Clients] [Last Update] [License]

One workspace where your AI agents and your team work together.

Connect your AI assistant to Elasticflow and let it manage tables, write documents, upload files, and publish live dashboards — all within your team's shared workspace. Everything your agents produce is instantly available to the whole organization, not buried in a chat thread.

What you can do:

  • Build and query structured data — sales pipelines, contract trackers, campaign analytics, inventory logs
  • Create rich documents — reports, proposals, legal summaries, meeting notes
  • Upload and organize files — contracts, NDAs, presentations, compliance docs
  • Publish live dashboards and client portals — no code required
  • Share results across your team — every action is visible, every output is reusable

Prerequisites

You need an Elasticflow account to use this MCP server. When you connect for the first time, your AI assistant will open a browser window where you can sign in or create an account.

Install Only What You Need

The main server (/mcp) gives you all 51 tools at once. If you only need part of the platform, or your AI client has a tool limit, you can install smaller servers instead:

ServerURLToolsWhat you get
Allhttps://mcp.elasticflow.app/mcp51Everything
Datahttps://mcp.elasticflow.app/data19Tables, rows, columns, workspaces
Contenthttps://mcp.elasticflow.app/content16Documents, search, files, uploads
Platformhttps://mcp.elasticflow.app/platform11Dashboards, portals, publishing

Each server uses the same account and authentication — install one or all three, they work independently.

Example: install only Data and Content (skip dashboards)

Claude Code:

bash
claude mcp add elasticflow-data --transport streamable-http https://mcp.elasticflow.app/dataclaude mcp add elasticflow-content --transport streamable-http https://mcp.elasticflow.app/content
