When to use it
Useful when someone wants to find a trending AI video template to put their face, a friend or a pet into, or wants to know what is trending and what it costs before visiting the site. The assistant cannot render videos itself; it points the person to the trend page.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint at jumponthetrend.app; no package, environment variables or headers declared. No account or sign-up is needed to view trends or get a free preview on the site.
Before you install
Making a video happens on the site, not in chat, and prices are shown per trend, so check them before committing. suggest_trend sends a third-party video link to the service's team for manual review, so only submit links the person agrees to share. Trend content and prices come from the provider and may change.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/app.jumponthetrend%2Fjumponthetrend/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Search Jump on the Trend's live AI video trends and templates by name, meme, song, scene or topic (e.g. 'locker room', 'dog bartender', 'christmas', 'couple dance'). Optional filters: category and who's in it. Returns each trend's name, what happens in it, who can star, length, price and page link. An empty query lists the current top trends.
