Overview

AI-generated overview

Myrlo is a remote MCP server that lets an assistant create and edit your Myrlo characters, stories and worlds, with review before changes are saved.

What you can do
Create and edit Myrlo characters, stories and worlds from an agent client such as Cursor, following an authoring flow of opening a session, reading context, staging changes, reviewing, then applying them.
When to use it
Useful if you already write on Myrlo and want an AI assistant to draft or revise characters, stories and worlds inside your account, with a review step before anything is saved.
Requirements
A remote endpoint at myrlo.app reached over streamable HTTP, a Myrlo account, and OAuth sign-in on first use. No API keys or environment variables are declared.
Before you install
Changes are staged and reviewed before saving, but the server can still write to your Myrlo content. Generating photos spends fragments, so confirm before asking for images. Sign-in is handled through Myrlo's OAuth flow.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Myrlo in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/app.myrlo%2Fcreator-tools/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

README

Myrlo plugin

[Myrlo logo]

Agent plugin for Myrlo: create and edit your characters, stories, and worlds from Cursor (and other Agent Plugins–compatible clients).

What's inside

  • plugin.json: Agent Plugins manifest
  • mcp.json: connects to the remote Myrlo MCP server at https://myrlo.app/mcp
  • skills/myrlo-authoring/SKILL.md: teaches the agent the Myrlo authoring flow (open a session, read context, stage changes, review, then apply). It also says to confirm before generating photos, because that spends fragments.

Install

  • Cursor Marketplace: install "Myrlo" once it's listed.
  • Local: clone this repo into ~/.cursor/plugins/local/myrlo and reload Cursor.

Authentication

You need a Myrlo account. The first time the MCP server is used, Cursor opens Myrlo's OAuth sign-in. This plugin stores no API keys or secrets.

This server asks you to sign in, so SourceWeft could not read its tools without an account and has not indexed them. What a connected account sees can depend on that account and its permissions.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
