AcreScout lets an assistant browse and search Canadian land and acreage listings by province, region, price, acreage and water frontage.
What you can do
List Canadian provinces and territories with land for sale, including listing counts, median asking prices and median price per acre, plus their counties or regions and slugs for narrowing searches. Search land and acreage listings in one province from Kijiji, Centris and Zillow ads, filtered by region, price, acreage, water frontage, value check and listing recency, returning up to 20 results. Fetch a single listing by its id or page URL for price, size, price per acre, place, map-point precision, water, value check, listed date, price cuts and links.
When to use it
Useful when someone is researching rural or recreational land purchases in Canada and wants an assistant to compare provinces and regions, filter listings by budget, acreage or water access, or pull details on a specific listing.
Requirements
Remote endpoint at acrescout.ca over streamable HTTP; no packages, environment variables or headers are declared, and no authentication is declared.
Before you install
Search results are drawn from third-party ads (Kijiji, Centris, Zillow) refreshed several times a day, so prices and availability may be stale or incomplete; verify details on the source listing before acting. The tools are read-only.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/ca.acrescout%2Fland/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
