Overview

AI-generated overview

Hyperhuman is fitness content infrastructure: an assistant can browse, build and update workouts and programs, create social drops, and get embed or API…

What you can do
  • Browse sample workouts, team workouts, programs, exercises, goals, categories, muscle groups and equipment
  • Read workout details, playlists and program structure, and check team plan, quotas and API usage
  • Create and update workouts, programs, exercise instances, rest blocks and exercise groups, and clone stock programs
  • Generate AI workouts and multi-week programs, and create, regenerate and export social drops with copy and covers
  • Generate AI exercise videos from a trainer photo and check generation status
  • Get integration plans and copy-paste embed or Content API code samples
When to use it
Useful when an assistant should help a fitness team or developer work with Hyperhuman content: exploring sample workouts, assembling or editing training programs, producing social media assets, or planning an embed or API integration. Guest tools work without sign-in for evaluation.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no packages or environment variables declared. Guest tools work without sign-in, but team tools require connecting a Hyperhuman account via OAuth. Content API access for some playlist and generation tools depends on the team's API entitlement.
Before you install
Team tools need account sign-in and act on the team's library: create, update, clone, generate and export calls change or produce content. AI video generation can take minutes and may consume team quotas. Embed samples contain only placeholder values, and billing is handled outside these tools.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Hyperhuman in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/cc.hyperhuman%2Fhyperhuman/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Use when the user asks how to integrate Hyperhuman or what integration options exist. Pass platform (web/mobile/hardware/cms) and use_case (mvp, programs, ai_generated, corporate_wellness, vod, etc.). Not for copy-paste embed HTML snippets (use get_embed_code_samples for those).
