Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP endpoint that lets an assistant query an organization's business rules and domain model instead of guessing entities, transitions and validation.

What you can do
  • Describe, validate, get, list and diff DNA definitions for an organization's domain model
  • Apply behaviour DNA so the server exposes Action-derived business tools named by that DNA
  • Manage the egress allowlist for a claimed organization (person-only operation)
  • Work against a per-organization remote endpoint after registration and bearer-token authentication
When to use it
Use it when an assistant needs authoritative business rules, entity definitions, state transitions or validation logic for an organization's domain, rather than inferring them, and when you want the server to expose business actions derived from applied DNA.
Requirements
A remote MCP endpoint at the provider's agents host, scoped per organization. Registration or initialization through the provider's CLI is required first, and connections use OAuth with an Authorization bearer token. No local package or environment variables are declared.
Before you install
The Authorization bearer token is a required secret and grants access to the organization's DNA; keep it out of logs and shared configs. The apply tool changes behaviour DNA and can add new business tools, and set-egress-allowlist changes network egress policy, so both are write operations. Brief aliases such as dna_search are explicitly not to be used.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open DNA in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Other MCP clients

Follow the launch instructions in the repository.

README

DNA MCP registry assets

Public icons and notes for the official MCP Registry listing codes.dna/agent.

The MCP endpoint is remote-only:

https://agents.dna.codes/o/{org}/mcp

Register or init first (npx @dna-codes/cli register), then connect with a bearer token. Craft/sync skills for the same product live in this repository (dna-operational, dna-sync).

Shipped authoring tools (always on tools/list)

describe, validate, apply, get, list, diff, set-egress-allowlist

  • Full contracts: https://dna.codes/agents/docs/tools.md
  • set-egress-allowlist is person-only on a claimed organization
  • After behaviour DNA is applied, tools/list also includes Action-derived business tools named by that DNA — not a fixed catalog in this pack

Do not use brief aliases (dna_search, dna_describe, dna_start).

The platform monorepo that hosts the cell is private; this folder is the public repository reference for the listing.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
