Ringback explains and reports on missed-call text-back for contractors, letting an assistant estimate missed-call cost and read a business's own call and text…
What you can do
Estimate the value of jobs at stake from missed calls using the user's own numbers, with each step and assumption shown
Look up how Ringback works: how the text-back is sent, phone requirements, pricing and trial terms
Read your Ringback call log for a time range, with counts, text-back delivery status and lead status
Read the texts your line sent, with delivery status, median call-to-text time and recent wording
When to use it
Useful for HVAC, plumbing, electrical and other home-service businesses that want to size the cost of missed calls or review whether callers were texted back. The public tools also help someone evaluating Ringback before signing up.
Requirements
A remote endpoint; no local install. The public tools need no credentials. Reading your own call and text logs requires a personal Ringback access token sent in the Authorization header as a Bearer token, obtained from Ringback settings.
Before you install
The cost tool is an estimate of jobs at stake, not a prediction of recovered revenue. The account tools expose a business's call log, including caller phone numbers and message wording, to the assistant; keep the access token private and only connect it where that data may be shared.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.0xpi.ringback%2Fmissed-call-text-back/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Estimate what missed calls cost a service business
Arithmetic on your own numbers: calls per week x missed % x close rate x average job value, per week, month and year, with every step and assumption shown. It is an estimate of the value of jobs at stake from missed calls, not a prediction of what any tool will recover. Also shows how many saved jobs a month would cover Ringback's price.
How Ringback works, what it costs, what it does not do
Facts about Ringback, missed-call text-back for contractors and home-service businesses: how the text is sent, phone requirements (Android, iPhone options), what the owner sees, price ($17/month or $170/year per business line), the 7-day free trial with no card, and what Ringback does not do.
Takes no parameters.
my_missed_calls
My missed calls (from my Ringback call log)
List the missed calls in your own Ringback call log for a time range: when, the caller's number, whether a text-back went out (and its delivery status) or why not (e.g. already texted recently, opted out, do-not-text), and the lead's status. Counts first, then up to 50 most recent calls. Needs a personal Ringback access token, created by the business owner in Ringback (Settings, AI assistants) and sent as "Authorization: Bearer <token>". Read-only; reads only that business's own call and text log.

my_texts_sent
Texts my Ringback line sent
List the texts your Ringback line sent in a time range: missed-call text-backs, your replies from the dashboard and automatic replies, with delivery status as the phone reported it, the median time from call to text-back, and up to 50 most recent texts with their wording. Needs a personal Ringback access token, created by the business owner in Ringback (Settings, AI assistants) and sent as "Authorization: Bearer <token>". Read-only; reads only that business's own call and text log.
