Searches verified Greek vacation rentals and returns live availability, prices, policies, host FAQ answers and direct booking links.
What you can do
Search available vacation rentals across Greece by destination, dates, guests and filters
Read full facts for a single listing: amenities, description, capacity and base price
Check exact availability and total price for one listing on concrete dates, with a direct booking link
Retrieve all policy facts for a listing: check-in/out times, advance notice, minimum stay, cancellation and amendment rules
Look up the host's own Q&A entries for questions about the stay, the house or the host's services
When to use it
Useful when someone is planning a trip to Greece and wants to find stays, compare prices and policies, or get a booking link without browsing listing sites. Also handy for answering host-specific questions from the host's own FAQ entries.
Requirements
Remote MCP endpoint reached over streamable HTTP; no packages, environment variables or headers are declared. No authentication is declared, so no account or API key is needed to connect.
Before you install
The server returns booking links and prices that lead to real reservations; confirm dates, guest counts and totals with the user before acting. Search and availability results should be treated as live data that can change, and no credentials are requested by the declared configuration.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.aegeanbot%2Fdirect-stays/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Every policy fact for ONE listing in one call: check-in/out times, advance notice, preparation days, this month's minimum stay, cancellation policy, and (when configured) amendment rules like late checkout. Use for ANY rules/policy question about a home.

Search Listings
Search available vacation rentals across Greece. Pass explicit destinations, dates, guest counts and filters as structured fields; use query only for preferences not represented by another field. Do not invent locations, dates, guest counts or budgets the guest never gave. Results include stable listing ids for follow-up calls (get_listing_details, check_availability_and_price).

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
