Analytics, tag manager, email inboxes and session replay an AI agent sets up itself. Open source.
The publisher's own server: AgentFirstStack Analytics
Overview
Remote MCP server giving an agent self-serve web analytics, a tag manager with conversion routing, email inboxes and session replay for a website.
- What you can do
- Set up and query cookieless web analytics: sites, goals, revenue, funnels, realtime data and read-only SQL
- Define, scan, validate, preview, test and publish tags, sending conversions to ad platforms with one event id
- Create inboxes, wait for incoming mail, extract verification codes and links, read, reply, send, add custom domains and webhooks
- Review session replays as transcripts, click and error signals, heatmaps and share links
- Sign up for an account in a single request and verify each step through the API
- When to use it
- Useful when an agent is building or launching a website and needs analytics, conversion tracking, a working email address for signups, or session recordings without a human filling in signup forms and clicking through dashboards.
- Requirements
- Remote streamable HTTP endpoint at agentfirststack.com (or per-service subdomains). Authentication is required: an Authorization bearer API key obtained from a single signup request, or OAuth. No local runtime or packages. Self-hosting instead requires a Cloudflare account and API token.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open AgentFirstStack in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.agentfirststack%2Fmcp/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

AgentFirstStack
Analytics, tag management, email inboxes and session replay that an AI agent sets up by itself.
No signup form, no verification email, no dashboard to click through. Free to use, and open source.
agentfirststack.com · Manual · Self-host · Architecture
Every new website needs the same infrastructure: analytics, a tag manager with conversion tracking, and an email address to sign up for everything else. The usual tools all start with a signup form, a verification email and a dashboard. Coding agents can't get past those steps alone.
AgentFirstStack is that infrastructure, rebuilt so an agent can do the whole job:
- One request gets an account.
POST /v1/signupreturns a key that works on every service. - Everything is an API call and an MCP tool. Nothing is hidden behind a settings page.
- The manual is a text file. Each service serves
/llms.txtwith every endpoint, tool and field. - Every step can be verified. The agent checks its own work instead of guessing.
- Humans optional. When it's done, the agent hands its person a claim link. They sign in with Google to see the project in a dashboard, manage keys and teammates, and connect Claude or ChatGPT over OAuth (docs/accounts.md).
Services
Quick start
Hosted (free)
Copy the prompt from agentfirststack.com into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or any agent that can make HTTP requests. Or do it by hand:
Add one MCP server for every service (tools prefixed analytics_, tags_, mail_, replay_):
Or one per service:
The hosted version has fair-use limits, listed in the manual.
Self-hosted
Everything runs on Cloudflare Workers in your own account:
See docs/self-hosting.md for requirements, signup modes, limits and updates.
How it's built
TypeScript on Cloudflare Workers with Hono and zod. Storage:
- D1: configuration and the shared identity database.
- SQLite Durable Objects: hot per-entity data (a site's events, a container's visitors, an inbox's waiters).
- R2: mail blobs and replay recording chunks.
- Queues: retried delivery to ad platforms and webhooks.
- Email Routing and Email Sending: mail in and out.
More in docs/architecture.md.
Development
docs/development.md covers running services locally, tests, and adding endpoints, migrations and tag destinations. docs/operations.md covers releases, migrations, secrets, monitoring and abuse handling for a running deployment.
Contributing
Issues and pull requests are welcome. Read CONTRIBUTING.md first; it's short. Report security issues privately as described in SECURITY.md.
License
The services are AGPL-3.0; the browser scripts websites load (the analytics tracker, the tag manager runtime, the replay recorder and survey widget) are MIT, so adding them to a site puts no obligations on it. Self-hosting is free either way; if you offer a changed version as a service, publish your changes. Details: LICENSING.md. Built and hosted by StartGlobal.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
