Searches Japanese medical, long-term-care and childcare facilities by keyword, area or coordinates, and aggregates facility counts within a radius.
What you can do
Search medical institutions (pharmacies, clinics, dental) by name, address, prefecture or type, filtered by opening day and time
Fetch a single medical facility's full record by its 10-digit code
Find nearby medical, care or childcare facilities around a latitude/longitude or bounding box
Search long-term-care service offices by keyword, prefecture or service type, and fetch one by its office number
Search childcare facilities by keyword, prefecture, city or type, and fetch one by ID
Aggregate facilities and population within a radius for trade-area analysis, including opening-hours coverage and capacity totals
When to use it
Useful when you need Japanese facility directories for referral, site selection, sales-territory or trade-area research, or to answer questions about which clinics, care offices or nurseries are open near a place at a given time.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no package, account, API key or environment variable is declared. Queries need at least one of keyword, prefecture or city depending on the tool, and nearby/aggregate tools need latitude and longitude or a bounding box.
Before you install
Read-only lookups and aggregation; no write, send or delete tools are listed. Childcare coverage is a pilot limited to Tokyo and Osaka, and opening-hours data is missing for some facilities, so results may be incomplete. Data comes from public government and municipal lists, and queries are sent to the provider's endpoint.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.agentzukan%2Fjapan-medical-facilities/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
