AI agents that research, write and publish SEO articles on your website, from your AI assistant.

Overview

AI-generated overview

Connects an assistant to an AI SEO Crew account so it can plan, write, publish and measure SEO blog articles for a website.

What you can do
  • List and add websites in the account, and read each site's SEO plan and planned articles
  • Research keywords from Google autocomplete and add topics to a site's plan
  • Write, read, list and skip articles, including full Markdown text and sources
  • Publish a written article to WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Framer, Shopify, GitHub or a webhook and resubmit the sitemap
  • Check a public page's SEO and crawler rules, and generate an llms.txt file
  • Report Google Search Console clicks and impressions for the last 28 days
When to use it
Useful when someone wants ongoing SEO blog content produced and published for their site without leaving the assistant, or wants to check a page's crawlability, find keyword ideas, or review search traffic.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local install. Requires an AI SEO Crew account with an active plan (the first month is $1), a website connected in the web app, and Search Console connected for traffic results. Account creation, site connection and payment happen in the web app.
Before you install
Paid subscription; write_article counts toward the plan's monthly article quota. publish_article makes content publicly visible on the live site and should be confirmed first. skip_article cannot be undone. Site data and articles are handled by the third-party service, and publishing goes through the site's connected platform.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open AI SEO Crew in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.aiseocrew.www%2Fai-seo-crew/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

check_page_seo

Check a page's SEO and AI search visibility

Checks one public web page the way search engines see it: HTTP status, robots.txt and meta robots rules for Googlebot, Bingbot and AI crawlers (GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot), canonical, sitemap presence, title, meta description, headings and sharing tags. Use it when someone asks why a page isn't indexed, isn't found by ChatGPT or Perplexity, or wants an SEO check of a URL.

Parametersurlrequired

find_keyword_ideas

Find real Google searches for a topic

Returns real searches people type into Google around a topic, from Google autocomplete, grouped into questions, comparisons, buying searches and others. Use it for keyword research, blog post ideas, finding what a business could rank for on Google, or seeing how customers phrase a need. No search volumes.

Parameterstopicrequiredcountrylanguage

generate_llms_txt

Generate an llms.txt file for a website

Reads a website's homepage, navigation and sitemap, then writes an llms.txt file (the markdown summary some AI tools read) that the owner can upload to the site root. Use it when someone wants their site understood or cited by ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity. Returns the file content.

Parametersurlrequired

list_sites

List my AI SEO Crew sites

Lists the websites in the user's AI SEO Crew account with their status (plan being built, ready), article counts, where the crew publishes, and the account plan status. Start here to get site IDs for the other tools.

Takes no parameters.

add_site

Add a website and build its SEO plan

Adds a website to the user's AI SEO Crew account and starts building its SEO plan: the crew reads the site, works out what the business sells and plans articles from real Google searches. Use it when someone wants SEO done for their website, wants blog posts that bring traffic from Google, or wants to start a blog on WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Framer or a coded site. Free, takes about three minutes. Then call get_seo_plan with the returned site_id.

Parametersurlrequired

get_seo_plan

Get a site's SEO plan

Returns the SEO plan of one site: progress while the crew is still building it, then the planned articles in writing order with their target Google search, monthly search volume and intent, plus the article IDs used by write_article and skip_article.

Parameterslimitsite_idrequired

add_topic

Add a topic to a site's SEO plan

Adds a Google search the user wants to rank for to the top of a site's SEO plan, with an optional article title. The crew writes it next.

Parameterstitlekeywordrequiredsite_idrequired

list_articles

List a site's articles

Lists a site's articles by status: written (waiting for approval), in_progress, published, or failed. Published articles include their URL and Search Console clicks and impressions when connected. Paginated.

Parameterslimitoffsetstatussite_idrequired

get_article

Read an article

Returns one article: title, status, meta description, target search, the full text in Markdown, its sources and, once published, its URL.

Parametersarticle_idrequired

write_article

Write a planned article now

Asks the crew to research and write one SEO blog post from the site's plan right away, sourced and in the site's own style, instead of waiting for its slot. Use it when someone wants a blog article written for their website to rank on Google. Counts toward the plan's monthly articles. Needs an active plan. Writing takes two to four minutes; then read it with get_article.

Parametersarticle_idrequired

publish_article

Publish an article to the website

Publishes one written article to the user's live website through its connected platform (WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Framer, Shopify, GitHub or webhook), then resubmits the sitemap. Only for articles with status written. Visible to the public once done: confirm with the user first.

Parametersarticle_idrequired

skip_article

Remove an article from the plan

Removes a planned, failed or written (unpublished) article from a site's plan so the crew never writes or publishes it. Cannot be undone. Published articles stay on the website.

Parametersarticle_idrequired

get_results

Get a site's search results

Returns Google Search Console results for a site over the last 28 days: total clicks and impressions, and the published articles with the most clicks. Use it when someone asks how their SEO or blog traffic is doing. Needs Search Console connected in the app.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
