com.applysteadv1.0.0Updated Oct 7, 2026
Search open jobs from employers' own career sites: roles, companies and posting status.
Overview
Lets an assistant search public job listings from employers' own career sites, list a company's open roles, and check whether a posting is still open.
- What it does
- A remote, read-only MCP server that searches open roles Applystead publishes from employers' applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday. Tools include search_jobs (filter by query, remote country, company, internship or new-grad kind, pay listed, posting age, and limit), get_company_jobs (a company's details plus its ten newest jobs), and check_job_posting (whether a given posting URL is open, closed, unknown or unsupported). All tools are read-only and idempotent, and results link to the job page.
- When to use it
- Useful when someone wants an assistant to find current job openings, filter them by remote country, company, internship or new-grad status, or pay visibility, or verify whether a specific posting is still live. It suits job-search and recruiting research rather than anything that changes data.
- Requirements
- A remote Streamable HTTP endpoint at No install, API key, sign-in or OAuth is needed; the data is public. The client must support remote Streamable HTTP MCP servers, and network access to the endpoint is required.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Applystead in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config.
