ConferenceDB lets an assistant look up conferences and trade shows, their sponsors and exhibitors, and which events a company attends.
What you can do
Search conferences and trade shows by topic, place, year or month, with dates, location and event websites, largest company lists first. Retrieve one event's details: organizer, published sponsorship package prices, sponsor and exhibitor counts, and notable companies. List the companies sponsoring or exhibiting at a given event, with role and sponsorship level. List the conferences a company sponsors or exhibits at, by name or website domain, newest first. Suggest potential sponsors for an event based on companies at similar conferences.
When to use it
Useful for event research, sponsorship prospecting, competitive event tracking, or answering questions about who attends a given conference or where a company will appear next.
Requirements
A remote MCP endpoint at conferencedatabase.com over streamable HTTP; no packages, environment variables or headers are declared. Network access is required.
Before you install
The data is read-only lookups; no writes, payments or credentials are declared. Sponsor package prices are as the organizer publishes them and may be outdated or incomplete, so verify before relying on them.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.conferencedatabase%2Fconferencedb/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Use this to find conferences and trade shows by topic, place, year or month, for example fintech conferences in 2027 or events in Las Vegas in March. Returns matching events, largest company lists first, with dates, city and country, the event's own website, how many sponsors and exhibitors are listed, and the conferencedatabase.com page for each. With no year or month it returns upcoming events only.
