Lets an assistant read ACORD 25 certificates of insurance, judge them against requirements, and check carrier status.
What you can do
Three tools handle ACORD 25 certificates of insurance. extract_coi reads a certificate into structured fields and returns a signed envelope. validate_coi extracts and judges the document against a requirement profile (inline or profileId), returning a signed Verdict with per-check results, flags and a risk score. check_carrier looks up an insurer by NAIC code or name plus state.
When to use it
Use it when an assistant must read fields from an ACORD 25 certificate, judge one against requirements you supply, or look up whether a carrier is known, licensed and rated. Use the other tools instead when you only need fields or have no document.
Requirements
Remote endpoint over streamable HTTP; no local package. validate_coi needs a requirement profile or profileId; check_carrier needs naic or carrierName plus a required state. Calls are paid per use via x402 USDC.
Before you install
Each call costs money through x402 USDC, so usage incurs real spending. check_carrier answers come from an unverified seed dataset (datasetStatus) and should not be treated as authoritative. Results arrive as signed envelopes, but verdicts still warrant review.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.coverbureau%2Fmcp/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Read an ACORD 25 Certificate of Insurance into structured data (spec §3.1). Returns a signed envelope. Use it when you want the fields and will apply your own rules; for a verdict against requirements you supply use validate_coi instead - it extracts as part of its work, so calling both on one document pays for the same read twice.

check_carrier
Check Carrier
Check an insurer by NAIC code or name: known, licensed, and adequately rated (spec §3.3). Provide at least one of naic or carrierName, plus state (required). Answers from an UNVERIFIED seed dataset (§4.5 datasetStatus) and returns a signed envelope. Needs no document. Use it when you have a carrier but no certificate; validate_coi already checks the carrier when you do.

Validate COI
Extract an ACORD 25 certificate AND judge it against a requirement profile (inline or profileId), returning a signed Verdict with per-check results, flags, and a risk score (spec §3.2). Use extract_coi instead if you only want the fields without a verdict; use check_carrier only when you have no certificate, since this tool already checks the carrier when your profile sets a carrier requirement.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
