Overview

AI-generated overview

Evolize lets an assistant request website accessibility assessments, poll their results, and read existing public accessibility reports.

What you can do
Request an accessibility assessment of a publicly reachable website, optionally forcing newly executed work after a fix is deployed, then read the result using the returned scan handle; polling is read-only and does not consume quota. Retrieve an existing public Evolize accessibility assessment for a website without starting a scan or creating work.
When to use it
Useful when you want an assistant to check a site's accessibility, re-run a check after deploying fixes, or look up an already published Evolize report for a site.
Requirements
A remote MCP endpoint at evolize.com over streamable HTTP; no authentication, environment variables or headers are declared. The target website must be publicly reachable.
Before you install
Requesting a scan creates work and can start a scan, which may consume scan quota; only the result-reading tool is free of quota use. A not_found response for a public report does not mean the site has no accessibility problems. Evolize inspects publicly reachable pages.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Evolize in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.evolize%2Faccessibility-scanner/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

get_public_report

Get an existing public accessibility report

Retrieve an EXISTING public Evolize accessibility assessment for a website. Read-only: this starts no scan and creates no work. Returns not_found when no public report exists for the target — which says nothing about whether the site has accessibility problems. Evolize inspects publicly reachable pages of the target website in a real browser and runs deterministic accessibility checks (axe-core plus Evolize rules). It is not a local browser agent and it does not read your source code: findings reference the rendered DOM, so your coding agent maps them to source using its own repository access.

scan_website

Request an accessibility assessment

Request an Evolize accessibility assessment of a publicly reachable website, then read the result with get_scan_result. By default a completed assessment up to 24 hours old is reused; pass refresh=true to require newly executed work (for example after deploying a fix). This CREATES work: it can start a real browser-based scan whose result is retained and may become a public report under Evolize's existing publication policy. Free public assessments are bounded: a completed result up to 24h old is reused unless refresh=true, at most 3 newly executed assessments per website per 24h, and the platform's own per-IP, per-domain and global scan limits still apply.

get_scan_result

Read an assessment result

Read the result of an Evolize assessment started with scan_website, using the scan_handle it returned. Read-only: it never starts a scan, never refreshes an assessment, never changes publication state, and never consumes scan quota — polling is safe. While the assessment is pending it returns the status and a retry_after_seconds. Follow next_cursor to read every finding.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
