Overview

AI-generated overview

Hosted MCP server that lets an assistant draft, schedule, queue and publish social media posts on X, LinkedIn, Instagram, Bluesky, Pinterest and TikTok.

What you can do
  • Read account context, profiles, connected accounts, queue state and platform rules
  • List, read and validate posts, including a calendar range and per-account status
  • Create, update, duplicate, cancel, retry and delete posts, or publish immediately
  • Manage weekly queue slots per profile
  • Import media from a URL or create upload links, and create account connect links
  • Search the FeedHorizon documentation
When to use it
Useful when you want an assistant to plan and schedule social content across several networks from a chat client, check a draft against each platform's limits before saving, or fill a posting queue from existing material.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint at feedhorizon.com/mcp; no local package. OAuth sign-in through the FeedHorizon sign-in page on first tool use, or an API key sent as an Authorization Bearer header. A FeedHorizon account with connected social accounts; the first two connected accounts are free.
Before you install
The assistant can publish, retry, cancel and delete posts and replace queue slots, so changes affect live social accounts; publish, retry and delete ask for confirmation. It acts with your account's permissions and limits. Sign-in grants access to your FeedHorizon organization and connected accounts, and an API key is a bearer credential to keep secret. Media is fetched from public URLs you supply. TikTok posting is in beta and limited to private posts.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open FeedHorizon in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Connect the required credentials. They are stored privately and never shown on public pages.
  3. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.feedhorizon%2Fmcp/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Other MCP clients

Add this to your client's mcpServers config. The client completes OAuth sign-in on first connect.

README

FeedHorizon MCP server

Let Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants schedule and publish social media posts on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, Bluesky, Pinterest and TikTok (TikTok in beta: private posts until TikTok's review).

FeedHorizon is a social media API and hosted MCP server. EU hosted (Frankfurt), the first 2 connected accounts are free.

  • URL: https://feedhorizon.com/mcp (streamable HTTP)
  • Sign-in: OAuth. Your assistant opens a FeedHorizon sign-in page the first time. An API key as Authorization: Bearer fh_… works too.
  • Docs: https://feedhorizon.com/docs/guides/mcp
  • Official MCP Registry: com.feedhorizon/mcp

What the assistant can do

  • See your profiles and connected accounts
  • Check a post against each network's rules (length, media, schedule) before it is saved
  • Create drafts, schedule posts at a time, add them to your queue, publish now
  • Read and set queue slots, duplicate, cancel and retry posts
  • Import media from a URL or create an upload link
  • Create a connect link so a client can connect their own account
  • Search the FeedHorizon docs

The assistant can do nothing your account could not do through the REST API: same checks, limits and permissions.

Cursor

Add this to .cursor/mcp.json (project) or ~/.cursor/mcp.json (global):

json
{  "mcpServers": {    "feedhorizon": {      "url": "https://feedhorizon.com/mcp"    }  }}

Cursor opens the FeedHorizon sign-in when you first use a tool. To use an API key instead, add "headers": { "Authorization": "Bearer fh_your_api_key" }.

Claude, ChatGPT and other clients

Add a custom connector / remote MCP server with the URL https://feedhorizon.com/mcp and sign in. Step-by-step guides for each client: https://feedhorizon.com/docs/guides/mcp

Example prompts

  • "Schedule a LinkedIn post for tomorrow 9:00 announcing our new pricing page."
  • "Fill next week's queue on X with five tips from our blog post ."
  • "Check this Instagram caption and image against Instagram's limits before scheduling."

This server asks you to sign in, so SourceWeft could not read its tools without an account and has not indexed them. What a connected account sees can depend on that account and its permissions.
