Overview

AI-generated overview

Remote MCP server that gives an assistant China futures exchange calendars: trading days, session hours, contract expiries, rule changes and notices.

What you can do
  • Resolve exchange-local trading dates and night-session attribution across mainland China and 24 MO scopes
  • Look up the next published exchange holiday or half-day closure
  • Retrieve FC product session templates and special trading hours for a given date
  • Get published last-trading and first-notice dates for a product and optional delivery month
  • List published rule changes on margin, price limits, position limits, fees, delivery and listing within a 90-day window
  • Read published exchange notice records in Chinese or English summaries within a 30-day window
When to use it
Useful when an assistant needs to reason about China futures market timing — whether a date is a trading day, when a session opens, when a contract expires, or what rules recently changed — without scraping exchange sites. It is a reference lookup, not a live market data feed.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no package, account, API key or environment variable is declared. Network access to the provider's endpoint is required.
Before you install
Coverage is limited to published data: dates outside it return unknown, and unpublished delivery months are not extrapolated. Rule changes are capped at a 90-day window and notices at 30 days, and notices may fall back to untranslated Chinese. Published records are not verified current rules, and official exchange notices take precedence. No real-time prices or market status are provided.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open China Futures Clock in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.futuresclock%2Fchina-futures/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows
