Overview

AI-generated overview

Appty lets an assistant look up public booking pages, find open slots, and, with a provider API key, manage bookings, clients, invoices and pay links.

What you can do
  • Look up a provider's public booking page and open start times for a service
  • Get a booking link with a service and time preselected, without booking anything
  • List a provider's bookings and clients, and see unpaid balances by client and currency
  • Book a client into a session, reschedule or cancel a booking, each with a preview before confirming
  • Email pay links and create and send invoices for a client's sessions
When to use it
Useful for solo service providers on Appty who want to check availability, book or move appointments, chase unpaid balances and send invoices from a chat assistant. Public tools also work for anyone who just needs to find open slots on an Appty booking page.
Requirements
A remote endpoint at getappty.com over streamable HTTP; no local install. Public tools need no authentication. Provider tools need an Authorization header with a Bearer provider API key from the Appty dashboard settings.
Before you install
The provider API key is a secret sent in the Authorization header and grants access to bookings, client contact details and billing data. Booking, rescheduling, cancelling, sending pay links and sending invoices change real records and email clients; each returns a preview and only acts when confirm=true. Cancellation applies the provider's policy and may trigger refunds or fees. No money moves through the assistant; clients pay on Appty.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Appty in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.getappty%2Fappty/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows
