Conditioning workouts from a coached library: suggest, vary or invent one for your kit and time.

VerifiedStreamable HTTPWeb executableLocation & LifestyleAI & ML

Overview

AI-generated overview

Goblin Gains generates conditioning workouts (CrossFit, Hyrox, engine work) from a coached library so an assistant can suggest, vary or invent sessions for…

What you can do
  • List workout archetypes and the equipment keys the generator accepts
  • Look up movement slugs to include or exclude in a request
  • Suggest new workouts for a time window, equipment, movements and number of people
  • Vary a named library workout into its own or another format
  • Generate brand-new workouts unlike anything in the library, for one person
  • Send feedback on a workout back to Goblin Gains
When to use it
Useful when a user wants a conditioning session built for their available kit and time, a variation of a known benchmark workout, or something entirely new, instead of the assistant writing workouts itself.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint at api.goblingains.com; no packages, environment variables or headers declared. The instructions mention save links that store workouts in the Goblin Gains app.
Before you install
report_workout sends the user's words about a workout to Goblin Gains; the server states nothing else about the user is sent. Workouts are returned as text and nothing is saved by the tools themselves, though returned save links store sessions in the Goblin Gains app. No authentication is declared.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open goblingains in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.goblingains%2Fworkouts/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Tools

7

list_archetypes

The workout archetypes the generator makes, one per line: key, name, formats, minutes, line count, and the session slots it serves.

Parametersstyle

list_equipment

The equipment suggest_workouts' `equipment` takes, one per line: key: name, with "(machine)" on ergometers (rower, ski erg, bikes). Keys, names and common names ("echo", "row erg", "DB", "kb") all work.

Takes no parameters.

find_movements

Movement slugs whose name holds `query` (e.g. "row", "sled"), for suggest_workouts' include and exclude, machines and runs first.

Parameterskindqueryrequired

suggest_workouts

New workouts from our generator, as text. Ask this instead of writing workouts yourself. Nothing is saved. Example, two people with an echo bike, rower and ski erg, 40-60 min: suggest_workouts(count=5, people=2, minutes_min=40, minutes_max=60, equipment=["echo-bike", "row-ergometer", "ski-erg"], bodyweight=False) A shortfall says what blocked it.

vary_workout

Variations of one library workout from our generator (no AI), as text, in its own format or another. Nothing is saved. A shortfall says what blocked it.

Parameterssexnamerequiredcountformatpeopleequipmentbodyweightshow_scorestemperature

generate_workouts

New workouts unlike any in the library, from our generator (no AI), as text: evolved from the library's workouts and movements (more lines, fewer, other formats) into kinds it does not hold. For one person. Nothing is saved; other ones each call. suggest_workouts and vary_workout stay close to library workouts instead. A shortfall says what blocked it.

Parameterssexcountformatexcludeincludeequipmentbodyweightminutes_maxminutes_minshow_scores

report_workout

Send Goblin Gains what the user thinks of a workout from these tools. Call it whenever the user points out a mistake (wrong equipment, a weight, a dose that cannot fit) or says a workout is bad or good: the words go to Goblin Gains, nothing else about the user does.
