A remote MCP server that lets an assistant check whether SaaS and cloud vendors are currently down, using live status data from 60SecMonitor.
What you can do
List and search the vendors 60SecMonitor tracks, with paging, to find exact slugs and confirm coverage before paying. Validate a vendor name, slug or domain for format and matching, offline and free. Read the price of every paid tool, the payment network, receiving address and data source. Check one vendor's live status, confidence, active incidents, 30-day uptime and data freshness. Check up to 25 vendors in one call for an is-my-stack-down question, with the non-operational ones listed.
When to use it
Useful when you need a quick, current answer on whether a specific SaaS or cloud service is having an outage, or whether several services in a stack are down at once, without opening each vendor's status page.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint at api.isitdownapi.com; no package, account, environment variable or header is declared. Paid status tools require payment over the Base network to the address returned by the pricing tool; list_vendors, validate_vendor and pricing are free.
Before you install
Status lookups are pay-per-call: vendor_status and multi_vendor_status cost money, so confirm the vendor with the free list_vendors first and check pricing before calling. Payment goes to a crypto address on the Base network, which is a real transfer of funds. The free tools make no payment; validate_vendor is offline.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.isitdownapi.api%2Fstatus/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Free. List or search the vendors 60SecMonitor tracks (slug, name, category), paged. Use it before paying to confirm a vendor is tracked and to get its exact slug. Read-only; one request to 60SecMonitor, no payment.
Parameterspagesearch
validate_vendor
Validate vendor (free)
Free. Check that a vendor name, slug or domain is well-formed and see how it will be matched. Format only and offline (no network request, no payment); use list_vendors to confirm the vendor is actually tracked.
Parametersvendorrequired
pricing
Prices (free)
Free. Return the price of every paid tool, the payment network (Base), the receiving address and the data source. No input, no network request, no payment.
Takes no parameters.
vendor_status
Check whether one SaaS or cloud vendor (e.g. Stripe) is down right now: current status, confidence, active incidents, 30-day uptime and how fresh the data is, read live from 60SecMonitor. Use it for one vendor; use multi_vendor_status for up to 25 vendors at a flat price. Call list_vendors (free) first if you are not sure the vendor is tracked: unknown vendors return an error and are not charged. Read-only. Costs $0.01 USDC per call via x402 (payment goes in _meta["x402/payment"]); invalid input or an upstream failure is not charged.
Parametersvendorrequired
multi_vendor_status
Check the status of up to 25 SaaS or cloud vendors in one call, for "is my stack down?" questions: per-vendor status and a list of the ones not operational, read live from 60SecMonitor. Use vendor_status when you need incident detail for a single vendor. Untracked names are reported, not fatal. Not charged if none of the vendors is tracked or every lookup fails. Read-only; one flat price of $0.05 USDC via x402 (payment goes in _meta["x402/payment"]).

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
