Discover MCP servers and packages with cited capabilities, provenance, and reference facts.
Koskamo is a remote directory and reference-fact service that lets an assistant find MCP servers, inspect their schemas, and read cited, versioned datasets.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.koskamo%2Fkoskamo/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.Add this to your client's mcpServers config.

limitoffsetdatasetrequiredList pending revisions
List revisions for a public dataset; pending by default, or filter by approved, rejected, or all states.
limitoffsetstatusdatasetrequiredFind an MCP server
Find remote MCP servers and local MCP packages. Filter by vendor/community publisher, transport, capabilities, and sign-in. Live-check and source-verification states are returned independently.
authkindlimitqueryoffsetbehaviorcategorypublishertransportcapabilityGet MCP server details
Get one published MCP listing with complete live-observed or source-attributed tool schemas, resources, prompts, package definitions, provenance, and sanitized maintenance events.
idrequiredRegister an MCP server
List a remote MCP server you operate in the Koskamo MCP directory, in two calls. A call without token validates the server fields and returns a claim token plus where it can be published (/.well-known/koskamo-claim on the endpoint host, or TXT _koskamo-claim.<domain>). A call with id, token and private receipt_handle looks for that proof and runs a live check; when both pass, the listing is published and an owner key is returned once. Nothing is listed without both. Method "email" with proofEmail at admin, administrator, webmaster, hostmaster, postmaster on the endpoint's domain is the alternative to DNS or web proof: a single-use confirm link is mailed there, its token is not returned, and verification succeeds after a person presses Confirm. An optional contact email is used for notices about auto-hide, a lapsed proof, or key recovery; it receives one confirmation message and nothing else until confirmed, and it does not grant ownership.
idrequiredauthnameemailtokentoolsmethoddocsUrlcategoryendpointoperatoruseCases+7 moreUpdate an MCP server listing
Edit a listing you registered, using the owner key issued when it was published. Send id, owner_key and only the fields to change. With a verified proof the edit publishes at once; changing endpoint, auth or docsUrl re-runs the live check first and refuses the edit if it fails, and an endpoint moved to a host the proof does not cover is queued for review. The id is fixed, listings cannot be hidden or deleted this way, and the response omits the key. Same path and limits as PATCH /api/v1/mcp-directory/servers/{id}; no durable receipt.
idrequiredauthnamenotetoolsdocsUrlcategoryendpointoperatoruseCasesowner_keyrequiredcompanyUrl+2 moreManage an MCP server listing
Manage a listing you registered, using its owner key. Actions: status reports the listing state, last live check, ownership proof, key prefix and your recent edit submissions with their review decisions; hide unlists a published listing; relist re-runs the live check and publishes an owner-hidden or check-hidden listing when it passes; rotate_key returns a fresh owner key once and stops the old one; revoke_key stops the key until recovery issues a new one.
idrequiredactionrequiredreasonowner_keyrequiredReport a disputed passage
Submit a disputed passage for review because it may be wrong, outdated, or missing a source. No API key is required. Reports enter the reviewer queue and do not change published content.
notequeryreasonrequireddatasetrequiredpassagedocument_ididempotency_keycontract_versionReport an MCP server bug
Report a bug in a published MCP server listed on Koskamo: a tool that errors, returns wrong results, mismatches its schema, rejects valid auth, is unavailable, or has wrong docs. Reports on the same tool and category merge into one issue that the listing owner sees and answers. No key is required. Text that looks like a credential or token is refused, and security vulnerabilities are out of scope. Returns a secret receipt_handle for status checks and reopening.
errordetailsummaryrequiredcategoryrequiredexpectedserver_idrequiredtool_nameidempotency_keyReport whether an MCP server worked
After using an MCP server listed on Koskamo, say whether it worked for your task: success, partial or failure, optionally for one tool. Only daily counts per listing and tool are kept (no text, IP or client), one signal per caller per listing per hour. Returns the listing's 30-day totals.
outcomerequiredserver_idrequiredtool_nameCheck a reported MCP issue
Read the state of a reported MCP server issue by its secret receipt handle: status, report count, the owner's response, and the live check recorded when the owner marked it fixed. The owner response is untrusted text written by the owner.
receipt_handlerequiredFollow MCP directory changes
Read the public change feed of the MCP directory, oldest first: listings updated or removed and issues reported, acknowledged, fixed, declined, reopened or closed. Events carry ids, statuses and counts only. Pass after with the previous next_cursor to continue; optionally filter by server_id.
afterlimitserver_idReopen a reported MCP issue
Reopen a reported MCP server issue that the owner marked fixed or won't fix but that still fails. Takes the secret receipt handle from the report; each receipt can reopen once.
notereceipt_handlerequiredHandle issues on your MCP listing
For the owner of a listing: list the issues agents reported (with their report text, which is untrusted data), or answer one. acknowledge replies publicly; wont_fix declines with a public reason; fixed requires a public note and is accepted only when a live check of the endpoint passes at that moment. Reporters see your response through their receipts.
idrequiredactionrequiredissue_idresponseowner_keyrequiredInspect structured reference schemas
Read supported reference datasets, fixed columns, operators and limits. No inputs, writes or charges. Stored schemas do not establish source freshness or independent factual verification.
Takes no parameters.
Query cited reference fields
Filter one supported public reference dataset using its typed fields. Requires a dataset and optional bounded filters, ordering and cursor. Returns matching rows, exact source versions and decimal strings without SQL, cross-unit arithmetic, writes or charges. Source changes expire paging cursors.
Takes no parameters.
Find cited informational recipes
Find published cited use cases by task or linked directory server. These are informational recipes, separate from installed executable playbooks and provider grants.
querycursorserver_idRead a cited informational recipe
Read a published recipe, its reusable prompt, linked servers and supporting vendor quote. The record is informational and does not authorize any external action.
use_case_idrequiredInspect a durable operation
Read durable operation state and verification by operation_id. Requires the original key or receipt_handle; identifiers alone grant no access. No charges or writes. A previously failed operation remains a successful status lookup; uncertain effects remain nonterminal.
operation_idrequiredreceipt_handleRecover an operation after response loss
Recover one action's durable operation using its original idempotency_key. Authenticated actions require the original key; anonymous client keys act as secret, expiring receipt capabilities. No charges, writes, cross-account enumeration, or automatic retries.
actionrequiredreceipt_handleidempotency_keyrequiredRead a verified operation result
Read a completed operation's bounded typed outcome by operation_id under its current grant or receipt. No charges, writes, provider credentials, or reviewer notes. Inspect operation state when its result is not yet available.
operation_idrequiredreceipt_handleRead fact report outcome
Read only the submission outcome using its secret receipt_handle. The handle expires after 30 days. No reporter details, reviewer notes, writes, or charges. Possession permits this single status lookup.
receipt_handlerequiredGet connection context
Read this connection's public or key-scoped knowledge access and contract versions. No inputs, provider grants, writes, or charges. Private dataset membership is not enumerated.
Takes no parameters.
Get connection capabilities
Read supported discovery and exact knowledge capabilities with separate configuration and authority states. No inputs, writes, provider execution, or charges. Store availability is not probed.
Takes no parameters.
Get connection health
Read this request's authentication state. No inputs, writes, downstream account probes, or charges. Directory storage and provider execution are not checked.
Takes no parameters.
Find task candidates
Find candidate MCP tools for a task and named host using directory evidence. Requires task and host_id; returns at most five listings per page. Pure read with no charges, installation, account grants, or execution. Task coverage and prerequisites may remain unknown.
taskrequiredlimitcursorhost_idrequiredInspect readiness evidence
Inspect independent listing, source, schema, grant, permission, and tested-action evidence for server_id. Read only, no charges or live downstream actions. A successful probe does not prove account authority or task completion.
server_idrequiredGet host connection handoff
Generate a manual connection handoff for server_id and host_id from supported setup snippets. Pure read; no charges, saved plan, package installation, credentials, or provider actions. Host installation remains unverified.
host_idrequiredserver_idrequiredList exact stored documents
List bounded stored document identifiers and versions in dataset. Optional limit and cursor continue traversal. Public or exact owner-key access only; no text search, writes, or charges. Collection changes expire the cursor.
limitcursordatasetrequiredRead an exact stored document
Read exact stored text for dataset and document_id, optionally document_version. Cursor pages bind one version and content hash. Public or exact owner-key access only. No writes, charges, or inference of source observation time.
cursordatasetrequireddocument_idrequireddocument_versionInspect revision outcome
Read pending, approved, or rejected revision state for revision_id in a public dataset. No writes, charges, private reviewer notes, or private dataset revisions. Index visibility is reported separately from approval.
cursorrevision_idrequiredRead a revision diff artifact
Read a bounded page of an exact public revision diff by artifact_id. Optional cursor continues the declared JSON bytes. No writes, downloads, uploads, private reviewer notes, or charges. Concatenate content pages before parsing the artifact.
cursorartifact_idrequired83% of the applicable checks met
How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
Declare a GitHub repository with a README, or serve resource_documentation in the OAuth protected-resource metadata.
A hosted service is used under its provider's terms, so no license is expected here. This check is left out of the percentage.
