Send SMS, MMS and WhatsApp, manage contacts and webhooks, from AI agents.

Overview

AI-generated overview

Kudosity lets an assistant send SMS, MMS and WhatsApp messages, manage contacts and webhooks, and look up the Kudosity API.

What you can do
Send SMS, MMS and WhatsApp messages, and read sent or received messages with delivery status and filters by status, direction, recipient and dates. Create, list and delete webhooks for delivery status, inbound messages, link hits and opt-outs. Create, list, inspect and delete contact lists, and add or remove contacts. Check the account balance. Search the live Kudosity API specs by keyword and read endpoint details.
When to use it
Use it when an assistant should send customer messages or WhatsApp templates, review delivery status and replies, or maintain contact lists and webhooks through Kudosity. Also useful for looking up current Kudosity API endpoints while building an integration.
Requirements
Node.js 18 or later; runs locally via npx. A Kudosity account with an API key in KUDOSITY_API_KEY. Contact-list and balance tools also need KUDOSITY_API_SECRET. Network access to Kudosity's API and to the developer docs site for API discovery.
Before you install
Sending messages, creating or deleting webhooks, and changing contact lists all act on a live account and may incur messaging costs. KUDOSITY_API_KEY and KUDOSITY_API_SECRET are secrets; keep them out of shared config files. Message content, recipients and contact data are sent to Kudosity, and the discovery tools fetch data from Kudosity's developer site.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Kudosity in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.

Other MCP clients

Follow the launch instructions in the repository.

README

Kudosity MCP Server

An installable Model Context Protocol server that gives AI agents native tools to send SMS, MMS and WhatsApp messages, manage contacts and webhooks, and research the Kudosity API — powered by Kudosity.

Runs locally (or in your own infrastructure), authenticates with your Kudosity API key, and exposes one clean tool per action — so an agent calls send_sms instead of hand-building HTTP requests.

Credentials are read from environment variables and never written to disk. Treat them as secrets.

Score

50% of the applicable checks met

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.

  • Reached in the last 30 days25 pts

Keep the endpoint answering the MCP handshake; SourceWeft probes it every 30 days.

  • Auth declared10 pts

Declare the credential headers in the registry entry, or keep the endpoint answering the probe so its auth can be classified.
