Overview

AI-generated overview

Search Launchator's directory of SaaS, AI and indie products, and submit, edit and publish your own listing.

What you can do
  • Search, read and compare products: keyword search by what a product does, full product details, similar alternatives, and category counts.
  • Manage your own listings: start a free listing from a website URL, list your drafts and listings, read one, and update its text.
  • Publish a listing: get the required backlink snippet, verify the link on the live homepage, and re-check whether the listing can go live.
  • Audit AI readiness: score a live product site on robots.txt rules for AI crawlers, server-rendered content, structured data, llms.txt and meta tags, with fixes and code.
When to use it
Useful when you want an assistant to find products by describing a need, compare alternatives, or handle the Launchator listing workflow end to end — drafting a listing from a homepage, editing it, and publishing once the backlink is live. The AI-readiness check helps founders see how well assistants and search engines can read their site.
Requirements
A remote endpoint at launchator.com over streamable HTTP; no local install. Searching and the AI-readiness check work without credentials. Submitting and managing your own listings needs an Authorization header with a bearer token obtained from the Launchator agents page. The site being listed must be publicly reachable for screening and backlink verification.
Before you install
The Authorization bearer token grants access to your own listings and drafts, so keep it private. Listing tools write and publish data: submit_product creates a listing, update_listing changes its text, and verify_backlink and publish can make it live. A free listing requires a Launchator backlink on the product's homepage, and logos or screenshots must be changed in the browser rather than through the server. The AI-readiness check is limited to 3 runs per listing per day.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Launchator in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.launchator%2Flaunchator/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows
