Generate the current exact print proof and secure review_url for the existing website. Tool success does not establish inline display. Full addresses/envelope and final approval/payment stay in that browser.

Get a current revision-bound subtotal including configured print/postage/options. Tax and full final total are shown by secure checkout before payment. Missing prices are unavailable, never zero.

Optional independent consent workflow: prepare the same saved letter and quote without payment. Default handoff_url opens the existing website studio to finish there; review_url is the separate agent-consent route. Reuse the same key on retries.

For the optional consent workflow, check independent browser consent and any existing order_url after return/uncertainty. Reopen that order instead of duplicating checkout.

Optional consent workflow only: create unpaid checkout with independently returned exact browser consent. Reuse preparation/consent on retries and reopen an existing order_url. Default website handoff can finish payment without this agent bounce. Redirects never prove payment.

Pay-per-letter send: after the customer tells you to send this exact saved draft version, create (or reopen) its unpaid order and return a Stripe Checkout checkout_url plus a short summary to show them. Paying in Stripe Checkout is the customer approval; no website review or sign-in is needed, and nothing prints or mails until payment is confirmed. total_cents is a subtotal; Stripe shows tax and the final total. Missing address fields return 422 address_incomplete: ask for them in conversation and update_draft first. An existing open order for this version is reopened, never duplicated. Reuse the same key and arguments on retry.

Obtain an exact final prepaid quote with tax collected under the current merchant policy for one stable client reference. Existing quote is subtotal only and cannot authorize credit spend. Reuse the same key/body after uncertainty.

Send the letter: spend the exact final total from the prepaid balance and queue one mailing order. grant_id is optional; the owner's active permission for this assistant or key is used. Queued is not printed, mailed or delivered. Reuse the same key/body on retry. On INSUFFICIENT_FUNDS give the user the returned funding link.

Save a reusable letter (text or Markdown, optional pages, style/paper/envelope, optional default sender) with {{variable}} placeholders. Does not create a draft or order.

Mail merge: create one ordinary draft from a template with variables substituted and the given recipient/sender. Missing variables are rejected. Proof, quote and send it like any draft.

Send up to 100 letters from the prepaid balance in one request. Each item (draft_id, or template_id + variables, plus recipient/sender) is drafted, proofed, final-quoted and sent independently; results say queued or failed per item. Retry with the same idempotency key and body to resume without double-sending. Queued is not printed or mailed.
