Multiplayer Agent
com.multiplayeragentPublished by multiplayeragent.comOfficial publisherv1.0.2Updated Oct 29, 2026
Make any browser game multiplayer and host it at a share link. No account needed to start.
Overview
Hosted backend that lets an assistant turn a browser game into a real multiplayer game with rooms, shared state, leaderboards and a share link.
- What you can do
- Create, name and list games in a studio, and remix ready-made starter games into new ones
- Define rooms and modes, and publish games to a share link friends can open
- Read an SDK reference with snippets wired to the project's keys and endpoints
- Connect a session to an account, or hand over a claim link for an unclaimed studio
- Deploy authoritative server logic and its log/rollback tools once an account is connected
- When to use it
- Use it when you want an assistant to add multiplayer, co-op, lobbies, invite links, leaderboards or hosting to a browser game without writing or running a game server yourself.
- Requirements
- Remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local runtime or package. No account or key needed to start. Optionally an Authorization header with a bearer studio secret key starting sk_ from the dashboard; otherwise the session connects to an account through a browser sign-in, or stays unclaimed.
Installation
In SourceWeft
- Open Multiplayer Agent in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
- Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.multiplayeragent%2Fmultiplayer-agent/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.Other MCP clients
Add this to your client's mcpServers config.

Multiplayer Agent for Claude Code
Make any browser game multiplayer from Claude Code, and host it at a share link a friend can open. This plugin connects Claude Code to the hosted Multiplayer Agent backend, which provides rooms, shared real-time state, player identity, saved progress, leaderboards and game hosting, so Claude never has to write or run a game server. It also adds a make-it-multiplayer skill that teaches Claude how to design, wire, test and publish a multiplayer game on it.
No account or key is needed to start. Claude asks for your email and opens a page where you sign up or log in (your password is typed on the website, never in the chat), so your games are saved to your own account.
Install
Type these in Claude Code:
If the tools don't show up straight away, type /reload-plugins. Then ask Claude something like "build me a multiplayer snake game" or "make this game multiplayer".
What it includes
- MCP server
multiplayer-agentathttps://api.multiplayeragent.com/mcp(remote, streamable HTTP, no key required). - Skill
make-it-multiplayer, used automatically when you ask for multiplayer, co-op, a lobby, an invite link, a leaderboard or hosting.
Data and privacy
The plugin sends requests to api.multiplayeragent.com: the game definitions, room settings and game files Claude creates or publishes for you, plus the email you choose to connect. Games you publish are served from *.play.multiplayeragent.com, and players' game state goes to the same backend while they play. See the privacy policy and terms.
