Overview

AI-generated overview

Searches the Nodo Icons catalogue of 5,000 UI icons and returns ready-to-paste SVG, React or Vue code for a chosen icon.

What you can do
  • Search the icon catalogue by name, keyword or synonym and get icon names back
  • Fetch ready-to-paste code for one icon: inline SVG, React or Vue component import, or SVG sprite reference
  • List the ten icon styles, which are free or Pro, and their stroke settings
  • List icon categories with the number of icons in each
When to use it
Useful when building or editing a UI and you want an assistant to find a matching icon and drop in working SVG or framework component code without leaving the editor.
Requirements
Runs as a local stdio process installed from the npm package @nodo-icons/mcp, so a Node.js environment is needed. No authentication, environment variables or headers are declared. Desktop client only.
Before you install
Only the "linear" style is free under MIT; the other styles are Nodo Icons Pro and require a license, so check licensing before shipping Pro icons. The server itself declares no credentials or write actions.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Nodo Icons in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Desktop only via STDIO. STDIO servers start a local process, so they need the SourceWeft desktop host.
