Overview

AI-generated overview

Oxyforge WordPress lets an assistant spin up a temporary hosted WordPress site, build it with WP-CLI and files, and hand it over via a claim link.

What you can do
  • Create and manage sites: create a password-protected temporary site, list the account's sites, check state and logins, delete an unclaimed site.
  • Build content: run one WP-CLI command per call (post creation, options, plugins) and clear the page and object cache.
  • Work with files: write, read, list and delete files under wp-content themes, plugins and uploads, including base64 binaries.
  • Protect and hand over: take a backup before risky changes and generate a one-use wp-admin login link.
When to use it
Useful when someone wants a real WordPress site drafted quickly by an assistant — a demo, prototype or client handover — without setting up hosting themselves. Also fits assistants working on existing Oxyforge-hosted sites through an account agent key.
Requirements
Remote endpoint at api.oxyforge.com over streamable HTTP; no local package. New sites need no account, but every call after creation needs the site name and the token returned once by create_site. Working on existing sites needs an Oxyforge account agent key created in the members area, which also decides whether changes are allowed.
Before you install
The token from create_site is shown once and grants access to that site; store it carefully. Tools write, replace and delete files and run WP-CLI commands that change site content, and delete_site cannot be undone. Unclaimed sites are deleted after 24 hours and claimed sites sleep for 24 hours before deletion unless a plan is chosen. Sites cannot send email and are password protected while temporary.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Oxyforge WordPress in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.oxyforge%2Fwordpress/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows
