Overview

AI-generated overview

Turns any web page into a 15-second video ad, still images and ad copy.

What you can do
Two tools: make_ad builds a 15-second video ad kit from a URL and an email address, requiring an emailed code and a second call to finish; get_ad reports the ad's status (queued, running, preview_ready, done or failed) and current step, plus the marked preview video, two still images, sample ad copy and a checkout link, with the full kit available after payment.
When to use it
Suited to marketers or small businesses that want quick short-video ad assets from an existing website or product page and accept email verification plus a paid purchase.
Requirements
Remote HTTP endpoint; nothing to install locally. You supply a URL and an email address to receive a verification code, and network access is needed.
Before you install
Requires an email address and a verification-code exchange. Each kit costs US$19; get_ad returns a checkout link and the full kit comes only after payment. Consider whether the page content may be sent to a third party.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Pagecuts in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.pagecuts%2Fpagecuts/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

make_ad

Make an ad from a web page

Build a 15-second video ad kit from a business's web page: its homepage, a product page, a restaurant's site. It takes two calls, because the user's email address has to be proved first. Call it with url and email: a code is emailed to the user. Ask them for the code, then call it again with url, email and code: that returns an id and a page the user can open to watch the build. The ad takes about five minutes, so follow it with get_ad; the user is also emailed when it is ready.

get_ad

Check on an ad

The state of an ad made with make_ad: its status (queued, running, preview_ready, done or failed) and current step, then the marked preview video, two still images, sample ad copy and the checkout link; once the user has paid, the full kit.
