Remote MCP server that judges whether a flight fare is worth buying, using 90 days of observed prices on 500+ routes.
What you can do
Judge a fare: get a buy-now-or-wait verdict for a route, with today's cheapest fare as a percentile of its own history, plus median, all-time low and sample size.
Compare timing: rank departure months by observed median price for a route.
Plan booking lead time: see how many days before departure a route has historically been cheapest.
Check coverage: list the routes Piratefly observes daily, filtered by origin and/or destination city.
When to use it
Use it when you already have a fare in mind and want a data-backed answer on whether to buy now or wait, which months are cheapest, or how far ahead to book. It is not a flight search, so pair it with a search tool to find prices first.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint at piratefly.com; no package, account, API key or environment variable is declared. Network access is needed, and answers are limited to the routes Piratefly watches.
Before you install
Verdicts are advisory and based only on Piratefly's own observed price history, so they may not reflect fares on unwatched routes or other sellers. No credentials are requested, and the listed tools only read data.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.piratefly%2Fflight-deals/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Answers "buy now or wait?" for a route, from 90 days of observed prices: verdict, percentile of today's cheapest fare against its own history, median, all-time low, and sample size. This is not a flight search: it judges a price. No other public source computes it, because it needs the price history, not today's snapshot.

How far ahead to book this route
How many days before departure this route has historically been cheapest, from our own observations. Answers "am I booking too early or too late?".

Which routes Piratefly can judge
Lists the routes Piratefly observes daily and can therefore judge. Call this first, or after any answer saying a route is not watched, to find out what can be asked. Filter by origin and/or destination city (partial city name is fine) or omit both for the full list.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
