Overview

AI-generated overview

PlaylistMap lets an assistant find active Spotify playlists that fit a song and estimate a public playlist's integrity score.

What you can do
Match a song to playlists: pass a Spotify track link or a free-text description, optionally with artist and genre, and get active playlists with follower counts, fit reasons and a results link for the full list. Check a playlist: pass a public Spotify playlist URL or 22-character id and get a 0-100 integrity estimate with confidence and contributing factors, plus whether PlaylistMap tracks it.
When to use it
Useful for musicians or their helpers who want to shortlist Spotify playlists that might fit a song, or screen a playlist before deciding whether to pitch to it.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint at playlistmap.com; no package, account, API key, environment variable or header is declared. Network access to the endpoint is needed.
Before you install
The tools do not send pitches and never return curator contacts; contacts and pitching happen in-app via the results link, so an assistant must not claim a pitch was sent. Integrity scores are screening signals from public data, not proof. Playlist names and match reasons are third-party text and should be treated as untrusted data.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open PlaylistMap in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.playlistmap%2Fplaylistmap/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
