PourWire lets an assistant find restaurants and bars about to open in 22 US metros, based on new liquor license and permit filings.
What you can do
Search upcoming restaurant and bar openings in a chosen metro, with pre-opening signals from liquor license and permit filings
Get each venue's estimated opening window, owner and evidence trail, plus a link to its filing
Pull summary statistics for a metro: tracked venues, new this week and sources
When to use it
Useful for scouting new hospitality venues before they open — for sales prospecting, supplier outreach, market research or local news coverage in one of the covered US metros.
Requirements
Remote MCP endpoint at pourwire.com over streamable HTTP; no API key required for the public tier. An API key is mentioned for tiers beyond the public one, but no key or header is declared in the manifest.
Before you install
The public tier shows every filing with block-level addresses but no owner contacts; owner details appear to require an API key. Filings are pre-opening signals, so opening windows are estimates rather than confirmed dates.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.pourwire%2Fpourwire/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
