PublicLeads lets an assistant search ready-made B2B business lead lists by industry and location, with counts, prices and masked samples.
What you can do
List industries and covered countries (US, Canada, Australia) with the slugs used for searching
Search ready-made business contact lists by industry and location, ranked by city, then state or province, then country
Read one list's included fields, price, freshness policy and a masked five-row sample
Get aggregate market statistics for an industry in a place, such as business counts, average Google rating, review totals and share with email, phone or website
Return a link and price for requesting a custom list when no ready-made list fits
When to use it
Useful when someone wants leads, prospects or a contact list for a type of local business in a specific place, or wants to size a market by counting businesses of a kind. It only helps with discovery and purchase links; the actual purchase happens on the PublicLeads website.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint at publicleads.com; no packages, environment variables or headers are declared. No authentication is declared for the MCP connection.
Before you install
The tools are read-only and never return contact details; samples are masked. Lists are paid products (one city, one state or province, or one country, one-time payment), so the assistant should hand over the preview or buy link exactly as returned rather than transacting itself. Custom list requests are measured and quoted before any payment.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.publicleads%2Fleads/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
List every industry (trade) PublicLeads sells business lists for, with the slug to pass to search_lists, plus the countries covered (US, Canada, Australia). Call this when the user's industry may not match a name directly.
Takes no parameters.
search_lists
Search business lists
Find ready-made business contact lists for sale by industry and location. Returns up to 10 lists, best match first (the exact city, then its state/province, then the country): name, scope, number of businesses, how many have an email, price, and preview and buy links. Location can be a city ("Austin", "Austin, TX"), a state or province ("Ontario"), or a country ("USA", "Canada", "Australia"); spelling is matched loosely. Use when someone needs leads or prospects of a type of local business.

No contact details. Use for market-sizing questions such as "how many plumbers are there in Ohio".

How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
