qrforprint makes printable QR codes: free static previews plus dynamic link codes in a qrforprint account that can be repointed after printing.
What you can do
Preview static QR codes for a URL, text, email, phone call, SMS, WiFi network or contact card, returned as a PNG with an editor link for styling and PNG, SVG, PDF or EPS download
List the QR codes saved in the signed-in account, with type, short link, destination, scan counts and edit link
Create dynamic link codes that forward through a short qrforprint link and count scans
Change the destination of an existing dynamic link code so printed copies open the new address
When to use it
Useful when you want an assistant to draft a QR code for a poster, flyer or label, or to manage and repoint dynamic codes already in a qrforprint account without opening the website.
Requirements
A remote endpoint at qrforprint.com; no package or local runtime. Previews need no account. Listing, creating and updating codes require signing in to a qrforprint account; free accounts are limited to 3 dynamic codes.
Before you install
Account tools act on the signed-in user's real codes: creating codes and changing destinations are write operations, and a repointed dynamic code changes where already-printed copies lead. Photo, PDF and voice note codes cannot be created or changed through these tools.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.qrforprint%2Fqrforprint/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Draws a black and white preview of a static QR code for a web address, plain text, email, phone call, text message, WiFi network or contact card. Returns the PNG image and a link that opens the same content in the qrforprint editor, where it can be styled and downloaded as PNG, SVG, PDF or EPS. Nothing is saved and no account is needed. A static code cannot be changed after it is printed.

list_my_codes
List my QR codes
Lists the QR codes saved in the signed-in qrforprint account, newest first, 50 per page: name, type, static or dynamic, short link, destination, total scans for dynamic codes, creation date, whether the code is disabled, and a link to edit it on qrforprint.com.

create_dynamic_link_code
Create a dynamic link QR code
Creates a dynamic QR code in the signed-in qrforprint account. The code holds a short qrforprint link that forwards to the given web address, so the destination can be changed later without reprinting, and scans are counted. Free accounts can have 3 dynamic codes. Returns the short link, the QR image and a link to style and download it on qrforprint.com.

update_code_destination
Change where a QR code goes
Changes the web address a dynamic link QR code in the signed-in qrforprint account forwards to. Printed copies keep working and open the new address from the next scan. Accepts the code ID or its short link. Static codes, disabled codes and photo, PDF or voice note codes cannot be changed with this tool.
