Quorumz Sense gives an assistant geo-tagged world news, with each story split into distinct viewpoints and their support counts.
What you can do
Search and read quorums: the live feed of stories split into viewpoints, each with a label, summary and support counts across media, social and on-the-ground posts, filterable by country and pageable with a cursor.
Browse and fetch news articles, with the quorums attached to each story.
List alpha events: stories flagged ahead of the wider press, with country, coordinates, kind, score and rationale, filterable by country or geohash cell.
Fetch a free sample quorum without a key to see the exact response shape.
When to use it
Useful when a user asks what is happening or what people are saying about a country, conflict or public story, wants the range of positions rather than a single headline, or wants an early signal on emerging stories. It is not a general web search replacement.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint at api.quorumz.com; no local install. Paid tools need a Quorumz API key sent as the Authorization Bearer header; listing tools and the free sample need no key. A key comes with a free trial (first 100 calls within 7 days), then prepaid credit by card or PayPal; without an account, per-call USDC payment via x402 on the REST routes.
Before you install
Most tools cost money per record returned (for example $0.01 per quorum, $0.02 per alpha event, $0.005 per article), so broad queries can spend prepaid credit quickly; empty pages and unknown ids are not charged. The API key is a billable credential sent in the Authorization header, and the service sends your queries to a third-party news provider.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.quorumz.api%2Fsense/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
