Remote MCP server that renders web pages and HTML into screenshots, PDFs and Open Graph images, and extracts page content as markdown or JSON.
What you can do
Capture screenshots of a public URL or inline HTML in a headless browser, returned as PNG, JPEG or WEBP
Render a public page or HTML snippet to a paginated PDF for printing or download
Generate social-share Open Graph images from inline HTML, defaulting to 1200x630
Fetch a public page and extract clean markdown, or pull named fields as structured JSON against a supplied schema
When to use it
Useful when an assistant needs visual previews, thumbnails, archived page snapshots, printable PDFs of invoices or articles, share-card images, or readable text and structured fields from public web pages without running its own browser.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no local package or runtime. An Authorization header with a Bearer API key, or no key at all to pay per call via x402 USDC. Network access to the service and to the pages being rendered.
Before you install
The Authorization header carries a secret API key. Without a key, calls are billed per use in USDC through x402, which can spend funds. Rendered URLs and inline HTML are sent to a third-party service, so avoid private or internal pages and sensitive content in snippets.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.skillforge99%2Frender-api/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Capture a screenshot image of a public web page or an inline HTML snippet, rendered in a real headless browser (JS, CSS, and web fonts execute). Returns a PNG/JPEG/WEBP image. Use this to visually preview a page, generate a thumbnail, or archive how a URL looked at a point in time.

render_pdf
Render PDF
Render a public web page or an inline HTML snippet to a paginated PDF document, using a real headless browser (JS, CSS, and web fonts execute). Use this to turn a URL or HTML into a downloadable/printable PDF, e.g. an invoice, report, or saved article.
Parametersurlhtmlwidthheight
render_og
Render Open Graph Image
Render an inline HTML snippet to a social-share (Open Graph) image sized for link previews, defaulting to the standard 1200x630 OG dimensions. Use this to generate og:image assets for blog posts, products, or share cards without hand-designing an image.
Parametershtmlrequiredwidthheight
extract_page
Extract Page Content
Fetch a public web page and extract its content as either clean, readable markdown (the default) or as structured JSON fields matched against a caller-supplied schema. Use markdown mode to summarize or quote a page's text; use structured mode to pull specific named fields (e.g. price, title, author) out of a page's content.
