Remote MCP server for Spectacular Atlas that lets an assistant find festivals, parades, light and drone shows and other spectacles worldwide by dates, place…
What you can do
Search spectacles worldwide by trip dates, place, type and size, sorted soonest or nearest first
Read full details of one event by id, including dates, status, place, coordinates, official website and the quoted source of its dates
List available types, sizes, regions and countries with event counts, plus year-round venues and shows
When to use it
Useful when planning a trip or outing and you want the assistant to surface festivals, light shows, drone shows or unusual local traditions happening at a given place and time, or to look up details and sources for one specific event.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint at spectacularatlas.com; no packages, environment variables or headers are declared. No authentication is declared.
Before you install
Event details come from third-party sources and are only as current as the last check noted per event; confirm dates and status on the official website before relying on them. No credentials are requested, and the tools only read data.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.spectacularatlas%2Fevents/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Find spectacles worldwide (festivals, parades, light and drone shows, eccentric traditions) by trip dates, place, type and size. Returns up to `limit` events, soonest first (or nearest first when near_lat/near_lng are given), each with dates, status, place, type, size, description, official website and the event's page on spectacularatlas.com.
