Overview

AI-generated overview

Read-only remote MCP server that lets an assistant look up how often Nordic and German e-commerce brands send marketing emails, and when.

What you can do
  • Look up a brand's email-marketing profile: market, category, first observed date, total emails, current emails per week and latest campaign date
  • Count a brand's marketing emails in a date range of up to 31 days and list the days each send went out
  • Rank brands in a market (SE, NO, DK, FI, DE) by current email frequency, optionally filtered by category
  • Accept a brand by name or domain, and return one result per market when no market is given
When to use it
Useful when you want an assistant to answer questions about e-commerce newsletter cadence and send history, such as how often a store emails, what it sent last week, or which brands in a market email most often. It is a quick, free way to add marketing-email intelligence without an account.
Requirements
A remote streamable HTTP endpoint; no API key, sign-in or OAuth is needed. Clients that only run local stdio servers need a bridge such as mcp-remote via npx. Network access to the hosted endpoint is required.
Before you install
Read-only and free, with a fair-use rate limit per IP address. The provider receives the tool request parameters (brand, market, category, date range, result count) and technical data such as the connecting IP address. No open, click or revenue data, full campaigns or creative analysis are available, and untracked brands are reported as not available.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Signal by StackEnhance in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.stackenhance%2Fsignal/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows

Signal by StackEnhance — MCP server

[mcptry]

Marketing-email intelligence for e-commerce brands in the Nordics and Germany, inside your AI assistant.

Signal by StackEnhance is a free, read-only Model Context Protocol server. It lets Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and other MCP clients answer questions about how often online stores send marketing email, and when, from the archive behind StackEnhance Signal.

What you can ask

  • How often does Boozt email its customers in Sweden?
  • What did Lindex send last week?
  • How many emails did IKEA send in August?
  • Which home and interior brands in Denmark email most often?
  • Is Gina Tricot still sending newsletters?

Every answer links to the brand's public page on stackenhance.com as its source.

The data

{  "mcpServers": {    "signal-by-stackenhance": {      "command": "npx",      "args": ["-y", "mcp-remote", "https://mcp.stackenhance.com/mcp"]    }  }}

Privacy

When an assistant uses the server, StackEnhance receives only the tool request (the brand, market, category, date range or number of results asked about) and technical request data, such as the IP address of the system that connects. When ChatGPT or Claude call the server from their own infrastructure, that is normally the AI provider's address, not yours. The server never receives your conversation or your identity, and nothing it receives is linked to an account. Full details: privacy policy, section 13.

Limits

Use is free and subject to a fair-use rate limit per IP address. Answers are aggregates of what Signal observed; a brand Signal does not track, or tracks with too little data, is reported as not available rather than guessed.

Support

Development

bash
npm installnpm run dev # http://localhost:3333/mcp, against the production facts APInpm test

SIGNAL_API_URL points the server at another facts API; SIGNAL_MCP_KEY is an optional key that gives a deployment its own rate-limit tier. The server has no database access: its only data source is the public Signal facts API.

Tools

get_brand_email_frequency

Brand email frequency

How many marketing emails a brand sent in a calendar period, and when, as observed by StackEnhance Signal (ecommerce brands, mostly in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Germany). Use for questions like "How many emails did Newport send in August 2026?", "What did Newport send last week?" or "What has X sent recently?". Without a market, a brand tracked in several countries gets one result per market. Resolve relative dates yourself to YYYY-MM-DD: "last week" is the previous Monday–Sunday, "last month" the previous calendar month, "recently" the last 14 days. Dates are the brand's local calendar dates. The period must start within the last six months (older history is in a Signal account) and may span up to two years. Returns the count; for periods of up to 31 days also the date of each send; and at most two subject lines, only ones already shown on the brand's public StackEnhance page and sent in the period. Every listed send was captured in full; a send without a quoted subject is listed in sends_with_subject_in_signal because its subject is withheld by that limit, not missing. Counts are de-duplicated marketing sends (welcome, birthday and transactional emails excluded). There is no open, click or revenue data. Full campaigns, other subject lines, offers, products and creative analysis are not available through this tool. Cite each result's details_url as the source and as where the full campaigns are.

get_brand_summary

Brand email summary

A brand's email-marketing profile as observed by StackEnhance Signal: market, category, the date Signal first observed it, total marketing emails observed, current frequency (average emails per week over the last 90 days) and the date of the latest observed campaign. Use for questions like "How often does Newport email customers?" or "Is IKEA still sending newsletters?". Without a market, a brand tracked in several countries gets one summary per market. Returns aggregates only — no campaign list, subject lines, offers or creative analysis. Cite each result's details_url as the source.

Parametersbrandrequiredmarket

find_brands

Find brands by email frequency

Ecommerce brands StackEnhance Signal tracks in one market, ranked by current email frequency (average marketing emails per week over the last 90 days), optionally within a category such as "Fashion & Apparel" or "Home & Interior". Use for questions like "Which brands email most frequently in Swedish ecommerce?" or to find a brand when the user names a kind of brand ("a Swedish fashion brand"). Rankings are available for SE, NO, DK, FI and DE. Brands with too little observed data are left out of rankings. Returns brand names, categories and emails per week only. Each brand has a details_url to cite.
