Reply to and resolve customer chats, search your help docs and see which conversations need you.

Overview

AI-generated overview

A remote MCP server for Supovia customer support that lets an assistant review support websites, conversations and help articles, and send or resolve customer.

What you can do
List and inspect support websites, including whether each AI customer agent is on, and open the Supovia workspace view interactively. List and inspect customer conversations, with status, channel, unread counts and sender counts but no message text or customer details. Count unresolved conversations in total and per website. List, read and semantically search help-center articles, including article text up to 20000 characters. List email campaigns for a website. Send an approved reply to a customer in one conversation and mark conversations resolved or reopened. Show visual overview and inbox cards of recent websites and conversations.
When to use it
Useful when someone wants an assistant to triage Supovia customer support: see which conversations are open or unread, check help articles to answer from, and send approved replies or resolve conversations without switching to the dashboard.
Requirements
A remote MCP endpoint at mcp.supovia.com over streamable HTTP. No authentication, environment variables or headers are declared, so it presumably relies on the connected Supovia account context; a Supovia workspace with support websites is needed for meaningful results.
Before you install
Sending a message reaches the customer on the conversation's own channels (chat, email, WhatsApp or Messenger), and replies to app-store reviews are public, so only send text the user has explicitly approved. Resolving or reopening conversations changes live dashboard state. Conversation and inbox tools deliberately omit message text and customer details, so they cannot be used to read what customers wrote.

Installation

In SourceWeft

  1. Open Supovia Customer Support in the dashboard and add it to a workspace.
  2. Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.

Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.

Use with an agent

Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.

Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.supovia%2Fsupovia/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.

Read the install guide the agent follows
