Remote MCP server that meters agent-fleet delivery capacity per operator and project, and triages which changes land.
What you can do
Record capacity events (merge, checkout, CI minutes, submission) per operator and project, with project caps checked first
Read back a project's hash-chained attempt log with chain verification
Get concentration stats per project: top-operator share and HHI per surface and overall
Submit change receipts for pre-triage verdicts and read a ranked verdict queue
Run scoped sparse checkouts through a stock-git proxy
Record actual human review measurements (queue, reviewer minutes, decision, reviewer id)
When to use it
Useful when several agents or operators work on the same projects and you want to cap and account for delivery capacity, keep a verifiable log of attempts, and decide which changes get reviewed or land first.
Requirements
Remote streamable HTTP endpoint at textforagents.com; no packages, environment variables or headers declared. Recording capacity events, review measurements and proxied checkouts require an active Meter + Verdicts subscription. Verdicts are billed at $0.01 each via x402 after a one-time 100-verdict grant; proxied checkouts cost $0.01 each via x402.
Before you install
The server involves paid usage: verdicts and proxied checkouts are charged per call via x402 after the initial grant, so costs accrue with volume. It writes records (capacity events, review measurements, verdict submissions) to a remote service, and the attempt log and stats expose per-operator activity. No authentication is declared in the manifest, so confirm how access and billing are actually secured before use.
Enable the server for the chats that should use its tools.
Web executable via Streamable HTTP. Remote servers run from the web runtime once configured in a workspace.
Use with an agent
Paste this prompt into Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or another agent — or into SourceWeft chat. The agent reads this server's install guide, shows you its publisher, endpoint and sign-in, and adds it to your client once you agree. Keys never go into a command.
Read https://sourceweft.com/mcp/com.textforagents%2Fdelivery-capacity-landing-governor/install.md and connect the MCP server it describes to my client. Before changing any config, show me its publisher, endpoint and sign-in method and wait for my OK. Never put an API key in a command or in a file I would commit; ask me where it should come from.
Record a capacity event (surface merge|checkout|ci_minutes|submission, units) for an operator on a project. Requires an active Meter + Verdicts subscription. Project cap checked before per-operator budget; denied events consume no budget.
Ranked verdict queue for a project (score desc, FIFO tie-break).
Parametersproject_idrequired
proxy_checkout
Scoped sparse checkout through the stock-git proxy ($0.01/proxied checkout x402; requires an active Meter + Verdicts subscription). Scope paths rejecting '.', '..', absolute and '.git/' are refused.
Record an ACTUAL human review measurement for a verdict: queue (verdict_first|fifo), reviewer_minutes spent, human_decision (land|reject), reviewer_id (the attested human reviewer; must differ from the verdict's operator). Requires the Meter + Verdicts subscription. Feeds the measured reviewer-time aggregates and the false-reject sample.
How complete this listing is, computed from the registry entry, the endpoint and public sources. Not a rating of the server and not a statement that it is safe or working today: reachability is a dated check, and no installs or reviews go into the score.
